First off, your list was invalid when you said Jill’s theme was S tier. That shit is SUPER pop garbage bro. Then you said Doom’s theme was shit tier? Dude… how… why would you say that?

3rd, although your list was totally unfactual and even as far as unopinionated (yeah I made those words up trollface), you are right that saying Marvel wins lol.
No Beverly Hills Cop theme, so it’s all garbage.
To be honest, I did not like the majority of the Remixes for MvC3, and I’m speaking about the characters who’ve showed up within the previous Marvel vs Series, the newer characters I can’t say, but the older characters overall definitely had much better versions from previous vs games.
Captain America’s Theme which was one of my absolute favorites just didn’t have that same flare and spice that it once did back in MSH, MSHvSF, and MvC1.

All of those are 100,000,000x better then the MvC3 version because it sounds far more epic. It gives you a sense of getting hyped, it’s beats are more dominant and it simply has more of the oomph that gives it it’s unique personality. The MvC3 version of Capt. America sounds so boring in contrast. The same with Hulk’s theme, his MSH and MvC1 versions were great, because they sounded powerful and the pace was just right, however in MvC3 it’s moving at the speed of light and detracts from his character identity imo.
Ryu’s theme in here just sounds only bearable, while the best version he’s ever had within the Marvel vs was his X-Men vs SF Theme.

Their is no reason to change the SF cast themes from outside of their SF2 incarnation versions because #1, the SF2 themes are the best SF themes of all time period, bar none. They just need to properly mix them correctly and it would feel refreshing and great, however MvC3 is the only Marvel vs Game in which I really didn’t like the music overall.
Overall, not a fan of 99% of the themes, but they hit Wolverine’s theme on the nail, because being fast, almost aggressive like how it previously was fit perfectly to his character’s persona.
Trish’s theme is on the Capcom side, and everytime I hear Trish’s theme I think of Trish. Everytime I think of Trish, or specifically fighting against her, I want to cut my heart out with a spoon. Therefore, Marvel has the better themes by default.
I lean a bit more towards some of Marvel’s, somewhat, especially Phoenix’s, She-Hulk’s, and X-23’s. The Capcom themes I like the most are Amaterasu’s, Dante’s, Trish’s, and Viper’s.
