i’ve read articles and stats about south africa, but i’m mostly basing my opinion on my dozen or so friends that are south african or have traveled/lived there. i’ve literally heard so many people (unprompted) tell me how dangerous their country is/was. that said, they didn’t seem particularly worried about it, so i’m sure there are lots of nice parts as well.

A few years back i remember seeing this thing about white poverty in south africa. They interviewed this guy who mentioned that during apartheid whites had a 100% employment rate.
After apartheid he got removed from his office job with a cushy pension, blew the money decided he didn’t want to work under blacks.
Now guy is complaining the gov should do more for whites who are broke or close to being broke. Like seriously lol bitch you had like 10 years to move stay free.

The AWB (for those who don’t know what I’m talking about, Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging or Afrikaner Resistance Movement, a white supremacist movement spearheaded by the deceased) was initially up in arms, but nothing came of it. There was talk of retaliatory action, but in all honesty, who do you target if the individuals responsible for his death were apprehended and charged accordingly? It was an isolated incident, but that is not how it was originally perceived.

I wasn’t aware that the people who invaded Africa were immortals who still survive to this day, must be a lost art from the 1800s.
Of course this is unless everyone is simply born responsible for something a bunch of long dead motherfuckers who happened to be the same colour as them have done in their country of birth in the past, although if this is the case I imagine most of the worlds population has some pretty hefty sins weighing them down.
