A throwback baby means nothing here. They chose the father from a catalog and the hospital said they chose it from the wrong batch. That’s it. There’s no way you can defend the place after they fucked that up by one number.
You’re also not really defeating my point. These parents have a right to choose what race their child is and they should not be deemed racist for it. That’s PC thought run amok. Would you accept someone telling you what race to date? No? It’s just as personal when dealing with a child you’re giving birth to and going to raise.

I think it’s a bit different here chulo. It’s still taboo if not outright politically incorrect to say that you could only be attracted to your own ethnicity. Nothing wrong with that until you start making presumptions and referring to others as inferior in some way.
I don’t see how these scenarios are synching up in your mind because this is a clear case of wrongdoing but it’s weird because gays and lesbians are always preaching tolerance and acceptance but this is not just about having a kid they didn’t ask for…they are scared of being outcasts. This is very rich irony.

This is getting blown out of proportion here. Let’s simplify this and look at it objectively. Someone paid for something. They expected to get that thing. They didn’t, and it has long term consequences. They have every right to sue.
