Poison wasn’t on either stream from what I saw. Also I think due to the juggle limit a full normal wol won’t work, but Love Me Tender might, and is a considerably better ender to keep pressure on.
true that, Zujira. i think it’ll hit if the opponent is juggled high enough, i want to experiment what normals you can uses after her EX Whip of love…because if i can do close St.MP then i’ll use that to cancel into love me tender(it works for crossrush so it mite work there too).

Daigo and Tokido fighting together against the CPU on the hardest difficulty. The interesting bit is the CPU Poison gameplay at around 6:25. Poison does pressure with normals and LMT and when Tokido tries to punish her on block he gets CH’d out of it. Looks like LMT - at least the LK version - might be safe on block? Either that or Tokido tried to punish with a slow normal.
The computer poison played better than some people on stream XD
Yeah, she looks much closer to what I’d actually expect Poison to play like.
Also, the AI overall looks pretty cool. Not perfect by any means, but looks like a fine distraction.
i don’t know why it’s the first time i’ve noticed it but it looks like the only time i will use her backdash is if i want to die o.O
Are you talking about her backflip? That’s not her backdash.
That’s a special move like Claw’s. Her actual backdash looks absurdly fast.

so that backflip has like some sort of invincibility then? because every time I saw it I thought why aren’t they punishing her hard for it.

Well we have an awesome backdash, a backflip, good pressure tools, and the basics. With those basics im sure we can become really dangerous.

My second choice of character will solely depend on synergy with Poison’s gameplay and overall strengths/weaknesses. I made a vow of not looking too much into pre-release Poison info so I don’t get stuck into a mindset of how to play Poison, I wanna experiment as much as possible. But it’s definitely good to hear that Poison’s tools got tweaked on the latest build.
I’m pretty sure I’ll say “Watashi no deban yo” whenever I start Poison intro. xP
It’s at least fully fireball-invincible from start to finish - you can use it through a slow fireball and not get hit - and it most likely has full strike invincibility as well.
Her backdash is pretty similar to Chun’s. Hell, even her dash looks really fast. We in dat ayuss.
I’ll probably try and use her maybe as a backup or on a different team in general(was gonna use Hugo/Poison but that seems to be a typical team to use…someone i know online has already said he’s gonna use hugo/poison so i really don’t want to be so basic)
I loved how the CPU used Poison’s Love me tender to hop over her opponents and throw them from the other side.
Think there’s any viable mixup potential with this?
Might be a tad too gimmicky, but it could work.
I also loved when it used LMT to go over lows.
I’d use love me tender to get me closer to a knockdown opponent.
LOL I still cant get over Poison’s move names… Love me Tender 
the CPU did alot of things i didn’t it would do like punishing Diago after he tech rolled with a throw during CrossAssault, that and the way it used love me tender in different ways…it was funny to see the CPU to full screen punish with it too…that was random…short to say you can’t run from Poison…if your not Rolento.
it showed more gimmicky ways in using it, i still wouldn’t throw it out too much tho, but getting over lows is a good thing but her overhead does that too, so shes got the tools there. as far as it being safe, it’s safe at tip rage like a slide or what have you, but up close a jab or a short can punish it on block. the EX is good tho, like for sure…like most of her EX moves so shes gotta have meter lolz. but that was a nice find Jamp i appreciated it.
i think the poison and rolento match will be difficult both ways… both can run away and poison can chase rolento.
I can’t be the only one whose jaw dropped at that. Sure, it may be gimmicky, but it’s still encouraging to see she’s got a wider array of tricks that we thought.
