Where to Play: Arcades in the PNW

Tri-Cities has an arcade again!

Flashback Arcade - Street Fighter II The World Warrior
4034 West Van Giesen - Suite
West Richland, WA 99336
727-2691

The arcade specializes in vintage arcades machines like Pac-Man, Astroids, Centipede etc. all which are in excellent condition for being over 20-25 years old.

I talked to the owner for a good while and he is interested in running tournaments and getting more up to date fighters, even setting up a console/couch area to hold console casuals and tournaments. I’ll post up the new fighters as he gets them, he is currently trying to get ST to replace WW and has two empty dynamo cabinets that could host MvC2, CvS2 or 3s.

Flip Top…and i have everything almost done, i just gotta put the flip top on and verify that it works…

Is the arcade in Medford still open?

Edit: Yes it is… only fighters are T5 and SvC…

Great Wall Shopping Mall has quite a few games. Its got SFA3, Soul Calibur 1 (on a Tekken cabinet, quite funny really), MvC2, GGXX: Midnight Carnival, and Soul Calibur II. Probably more that I’m forgetting. I have no idea about their condition though.

Tilt is back at the capital mall in oly…just found out today.
Dont know when it opened back up…it has mvc2…that is about it.
Maybe it will have tekken six in the future:woot:
or bring back the cvs2 cab!:lovin:

Spokane Tilt has KOF XI. Sticks are alright.

Hey, you’re still alive! Ever gonna visit again so I can give you back Patlabor and Cowboy Bebop?

Hey anybody want to play street fighter games, have a few beers, at ground kontrol in portland Friday the 3rd (tomorrow)? Late afternoon, evening I’ll be around.

I yeah, I’ll be back. I’m not sure if it’s sooner or a little later though. I’d like to move back to the west side as soon as possible. I just discovered GGPO, so I guess I’ll be playign Super Turbo and training mode Marvel.

game town folded

I still need to try out Street Fighter 4. Will someone hang out with me? lol I don’t want to go alone.

Quick question. What kind of buttons are on the Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and the Capcom vs. SNK 2 cabs at Lloyds Center in Portland?

Next week im gonna go to Federal Way,

Seatac Mall Tilt
Seatac Mall, Federal Way
Games: Tekken 5 DR, MvC2, CvS1, GGXX

what time the competition in mvc2 begin there?

i wanna go to anothers Seattle’s arcades but i don’t know when is the best time to go cause i don’t wanna play vs CPU

I think Lloyd’s has standard convex buttons.

When are you in town from/until?

What brand though. I think they were Happ, but I don’t know much about arcade parts so I want to make sure.

Um why would it matter? O_o

When you tell us what you’re looking for information wise it’s easier to help you.

No real competition at the Federal Way Mall. If you want MVC2 comp, try gameworks on thursday nights, but I’m not really sure if that is happening much now either.

Not really. Jason quit playing Marvel for SFIV, Sampson stopped showing up since he wasn’t really welcome, Francis moved, and most of the others moved on to SFIV or quit because nobody plays it there anymore.

Gametown in Tukwila is done? No more? Wow. “Metallica”…ugh…wish he was still around

For me, it matters because I really liked those buttons and if I ever bought a custom, it’s what I would want on a stick.

Sorry for making things unclear.
