second you have beat me several times and i wont deny that, the only problem is im stickless, and mvc2less. I work 40 hours a week or more and dont have the slack lazy i think i have a job but imma play video games instead attitude. next the only team you can win with is mag storm tron, reasons only being the tron dmg and 6hit fierce over and over. you cant even control mag or pull off the simple 4hit air combo… stew your a sloppy player still and button mash more than zak… until you can step up and play the game when im around… instead of saying “no im retired” every other day… youve quit marvel more than youve played it… once again stew you are not a 2d fighting apostle like you think you are… quit relying on luck and play like a real marvel player.

And no, I wasn’t trying to start shit, and I’ve told Kenny, Zack, Mandel and Johnny I think I’m better than you @ Marvel while I was there Kenny and Zack said we’re about even, but Johnny said I was and Mandel said @ this point in time I was skill wise, but knowledge wise you had the edge… And yeah. I’m Marvel-less and stick-less too. And I work 2 soon to be 3 jobs down here in arkansas. And when I was up there, marvel.
wasn’t my priority, no were video games in general. Cause for awhile, I was basically homeless. So more or less survival was my main goal. But, I’ll get a DC, i’ll get a stick while I’m down here and practice when I can.
As for marvel fighters, they’re like…6. MSH, MSHvs. SF, XM:CoTA, XvSF, MvC1 and MvC2. And I’ll admit MvC2 is the WEAKEST of those I play, then probably XvSF or XMCotA. ANd yeah, I’ve quit Marvel a lot, altogether probably about 2 years out of the almost 7 I’ve played. And I quit for legit reasons, either work, family issues, getting burnt out on it and didn’t want to hate the game, or I just wanted to stop playing for awhile and focus on another fighter(s) to broaden my horizons and understand more about fighting games as a whole.
As for my attitude, yeah, my attitude is pretty lax. But I have a more than a one day a week job and when I did (Sears) I was out busting my ass looking for more work, unlike Zach who just myspaces and WoW’s all day. So, I don’t have that “rather play video games than work attitude” cause even though I LOVE fighting games and games in general, I know work, money, bills, social status comes first. Then when I have time for it, fun; I.E. Gaming with the 253 crew.
But, you have to realize, like I said, I ment no disrespect, you taught me marvel and I have aught most respect for you ryan. But if you want beef. We got it when I get back.
I want witnesses and a camera present to to record it. And Kenny, I don’t want this to be about money, cause it’s not. It’s about pride and respect. And I have nothing but respect for Ryan. But it’s time I put my pride on the line. If I lose, than I lose, I’ll shake hands with Ryan, say good game and admit he’s better. I just hope for the same in return if I happen to win.

When you lived at kennys every time i came over you wouldnt play and your reason was “I don’t play marvel any more cause it sucks” more often than not. What happened at narrows when you walked off all pissed when i won? I know its every persons dream to beat thier mentor… its mine to take mandel 1 day… but you cant be in a hurry to claim fame buddy. As i said before I only ever see you play 1 team. and the few times you would play me you went balls out mag storm tron 6hit fierce every chance. Which i wont lie, do what it takes to win. but i dont see where anyone can say you have any kinda skill. i would beg to differ. all round i have way more skill than you will ever have unless you quit this “i quit bullshit” play the game or dont you cant quit/retire then come back and claim fame… it dont work like that. you aint flava flav… sure you beat me as ive beat mandel on occasian… but do you see me goin “im better yada yada” goin around askin people what they think? its a renoun think to have people tell you or have the mentor confirm it… i admit defeat in battles past stu, but the war ahead only the wise servive… 2hours is what you want? well if you can take a beating that long then 2 hours is what you got.
I still think Marvel sucks. Game is too busted.

Well, the Bellingham tilt has MVC2 set at a quarter per credit, tekken 5 at 2 credits per quarter (unless someone’s already playing), Marvel vs Capcom 1 @ a quarter a credit, SVC:Chaos at a quarter a credit, SC2 at two quarters a credit, and they’re getting Guilty Gear X soon.
ARGH Spokane Tilt’s machines are SO BAD. The MvC2 machine especially, the buttons are just so mashed out that it’s almost impossible to do any consistent Sent flying patterns, and teh stick is so loose and worn that superjumping doesn’t happen when you need it. The other machines aren’t as bad but nothing works right. DDR machine gives me combo breaks and greats all over the place on songs I can consistently A or AA.
In summary: I hate living in Spokane.

I am heading to Portland next week. I saw the list of arcades there, but is there one that is popular for MVC2? I will probably only spend one afternoon / evening playing and do not want to get stuck playing the computer.
