Wow I can not believe after 4 years theyāre reprinting it! AH!! i canāt wait! I bought both of them just now. I hope the 2nd print of the ultimate edition includes more. And maybe there will be an ultimate edition or TBP edition of the RAWS that were produced in very limited supply! JDASLKDJFLSD! I feel like such a kid now! I canāt wait to get my hands on them!
I canāt miss out on this book! It sucks that I already missed out on the SF20: Art of Street Fighter and Udonās Art of Capcom. I wanted those so bad. I didnāt think Amazon would be sold out though.
Is the SF Tribute or either of the Darkstalkers books worth buyinā?
The only SF art book I own is Eternal Challenge.
Canāt believe theyāre makinā a Vol. 2, definitely buyinā that! I hope they make more books like these. Thereās no way Iām coppinā one comic at a time.
SF Tribute - If you have the extra cash only. Donāt get me wrong, thereās a lot of great pieces in there but there are a few strange / does not feel like they really belong / images in there. Maybe itās me, but I donāt care for seeing SF characters depicted as stick figure characters or box peopleā¦ If you are not using anatomy or at least making them chibi / super deformed then get out of my art book! 
The good outweighs the bad, sure. But the bad is still there. Itās basically a fan art book and maybe just viewing lots of SF online fan art will be about the same, not to insult the pros in the field that contributed to the book of course. Their pieces are really good. Again you should only get this if you have the cash lying around or if you are a collecter like myself. I do like Ingrid and she is in two pieces so LOL there is that I guess. :lovin:
DS Tribute - This is really difficult because almost all of the images are good, a much higher percentage than the SF Tribute book. The thing is, people really took DS in different directions, some people going for straight up horror. I think if the artwork was arranged better it would read better, but itās like it goes from horror, to anime style, to goofy, to horror, etc. It would be better if they grouped the book by artistic genres. Maybe if they even grouped it by characters? I dunno. It kinda gives me a headache going through it but this may just be because I like my art books to be arranged in a certain way. Iād say get this only if you have the extra cash and pick it up before SF Tribute definitely.
SERIOUSLY get the Darkstalkers Graphic File though. Tons of information about the games, lots of DS artwork and some which havenāt been seen in years or in the US like the two drawings that depict what Belail / Berail really looks like, a glossary that covers Darkstalkersā world and characters and REJECTED Darkstalkers sketches! Itās a must buy if you even REMOTELY like Darkstalkers.

Highly unlikely, but I hope they eventually print more of the two books I missed out on too. I saw someone flip through it (SF20) on youtube and it looks sick!
Zub talks about the possibility of Udon making a Marvel vs. Capcom 3 comic book. Note that NOTHING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. I do hope either Marvel or Udon make a comic though!

Heh, Iām of the exact opposite opinion on those books. I felt the Tribute books were beautiful art collections while the DS Graphic File was a tad drab by comparison.

Does anyone know if theyāll release hardcover versions of the Ultimate Editions?
From what I can tell going by Amazon.com the re-release of vol. I and vol. II are both paperbacks. I have a hardcover of the first Ultimate Edition book. I think it was a convention exclusive IIRC. Maybe theyāll do something like that again, who knows.

Udonās releasing Maleficarum in English! Itās a manga by Mami Itoh that features stories on Red Earth AKA Warzard and Darkstalkers! This book is AWESOME! Iāve had the Japanese version for years and it will be great to finally be able to read it! :clapdos:
