It’s a big artwork that has lots of drawings of SF, RS and DS stuff from Udon. A lot of it is from covers, their Summer Sketch books and so on. There’s an entire section dedicated to CFE, all of the endings Udon drew for the game and each drawing takes an entire page. There is also lots of promotional art for the game, including a drawing I’ve never seen before - one of the entire cast by Omar Dogan! Aside from that, a lot of the artists pick one Capcom game to draw an image of so there’s some new Onimusha, Devil May Cry, Resident Evil and Mega Man drawings. There’s random stuff in there like Power Stone and some of the Final Fight characters too. In the back of the book there’s a section on how Arnold Tsang drew the cover for the hardcover and another section Omar Dogan drew the softcover, they take you through the computer programs they used and stuff. But yeah if you have Udon’s last sketch book the image is also there, but in this new book it’s in color so of course it’s better lol!
In the sketch book the drawing had the title “A Future 4 Us All.” SFDevotion told me he was screwing with people when he came up with that title since the piece didn’t have a name. Well of course by now you know Ryu won’t age that much in SF4 going by the trailer. :lol:

Cool. The book also has a monochrome close-up of the pic which really got me pumped when I was flipping through it at the bookstore. So yeah, guess Art of Capcom has the best of both worlds.
SFDevotion came up with its name? Who knew. No doubt he sees Sakura in it I’m sure.

If only the convention were a few weeks later, then I could make it. Looking foward to Ryu Final. Is there any sort of convention exclusive for the Capcom books (with the exception of the Art of Capcom)? Sadly I have been falling behind in UDON books =’(, but I remain a fan always.
Lol yes! I just bought Ryu Final a few mins ago and it looks freakin’ great! Been waiting for it for many years and now I finally got it in my hands! I said this many times already but it still isn’t enough…Thank You Udon!
From the looks of the first few pages, it follows through from Masahiro’s older Alpha storyline since it had a few pics from there. I’m gonna start reading it right now…lol. Not gonna spoil anything here since Sano’s probably gonna make a official spoiler thread soon.

BTW Udon ships Robot this week to comic book stores. I read a volume that I got at the con, it’s pretty cool! There’s a story in there that you can read forwards or backwards and it still works! Ha ha gotta love Japan. :lovin:

these comics confuse me cos they either all sequal,and i dont know the order in which to read… or they have nothing to do with each other
You are talking about the third Street Fighter TPB by Ken Siu-Chong and Alvin Lee based on the Street Fighter Alpha series and Street Fighter II while we are talking about another comic based on the Street Fighter III video game by Joe Ng and Ken Siu-CHong coming in the Summer of 2008. I hope this clears up your confusion.
