That Lava stage from Soul Calibur. I don’t even know why I like it so much. I guess it’s just fun to knock someone into the lava and then jump in yourself, and then have both of you reappear as if nothing happened.
I would also say Moonlit Wilderness from Tekken 5 because it has the best track I’ve heard in a fighting game ever. <3 And the stage itself is nice too.

Unfortunately, the full contents of this stage, I can not post. Fetus of God has to be the most obviously-apparent, stand-out stage ever to grace fighters and the BG theme is just the cherry on top. So much so, it has to get the win.
Crazy thing is, this stage actually shakes, pulsates, and vibrates. Would have love to see this in MVC3 (might have made the game playable, for me), but that might have been too scary fur dee kiddies.
