I’ma have to agree with the vertical building stage in VS. That shit is dope.
Tower of Arrogance and Fetus of God (both from Vampire Savior) are two that really stand out to me due to their sheer uniqueness.
SFA2 had several very nice ones, Sagat’s being one of my favorites. The depth and atmospheric perspective on that one is superb.

ST cammy’s stage - most beautiful stage and has probably the best bgm in the game.
COTA omega red - dat bgm and watching the glass break while underneath at sea is pretty cool.
All stages in MSH were really well done but these few stand out:
dr doom - dat bgm. i also like chucking propane tanks at my opponent with juggernaut.
psylocke - dat bgm
wolverine - really detailed with the stage layers. first it starts in a bridge, then it breaks and you’re fighting in a river and finally the loser gets washed away while the winner jumps to a safety on a ledge. you have to try it with dr. doom. also dat bgm
magneto - dat bgm
a1 chun li - great wall of china is a classic.
All the stages in a2 were really good but these 3 stands out:
sakura - dat bgm.
gen - dat bgm. probably the most detailed stage in the game with the puddles and the shadows. besides, do you really want to meet gen in a dark alley way?
rolento - dat bgm. fujitsu product placement ftw.
adon - dat bgm.
xvsf raging inferno - raging inferno!
sf3:ng dudley - dat rain and also dat bgm. 3s dudleys stage got nothing on this stage.
sf3:ng/sf3:2i yang - the owner gets nervous and mad since its his antique shop. when you finally break the statue and watch the owner get really pissed and starts crying.
sf3:2i ryu - good bgm and you can’t go wrong with naked ladies in the background
cvs1 - like msh and a2, all the stages were really well done and its hard to pick a favorite. best ryu bgm remix by far.
