Anyway, was wondering what’s a proper age should you stop playing video games?
Is it 28 ? 30? Let me know!
Is there an age when it’s appropriate to stop watching TV? Reading books? Doing anything else that you enjoy?

Not really. To be perfectly honest the whole “age to quit” thing is thought up by insecure gamers who don’t understand that you can do whatever the fuck you want and most people really won’t care. Especially if it doesn’t affect them. As long as your not in your mom’s basement, play on!

You can be so old you’re practically knocking deaths door and you can still play video games. If it’s something you enjoy, to hell with what everyone else thinks.
No offense fellow, but you lack personality. It’s your life, you only get one chance to live it. Don’t quit something you love, because sociaty’s general opinion will pound on you. Because when you die, aside your family members, sociaty won’t give a crap. So why should YOU give a crap?
People’s words and opinions have the importance and an aftermath that you allow them to have.
As long I’m able to stand on my two feet and can think straight, there’s nothing I’ll restrain myself to do if its a passion. Because I only get one chance. I don’t want to sit in a retirement facilty, hoping to turn back time just to do things I would’ve done if I didn’t let people’s opinion on such trivial subjects matter to me so much.

I’m 28, i still play games. My mom is 51, she still plays games. I will probably never stop playing games because this is my hobby, and i enjoy my hobby.

It’s not a stupid discussion. It’s actually a question people have been pondering for a while and it’s refreshing to see what people think about the matter at hand.

It doesn’t matter anyway because the people who do think it’s weird for a 35 year old to play games will be gone by the time you’re 35, replaced with this generation that grew up with video games and accept them no matter your age.
