I hope that color 4 is more black armor Zero than Bass. That’s his only real alt color from the games, unless you also want to count Nightmare Zero. Bass still makes some sense, though, since Zero was partially based on Bass, according to one of the Power Fighters endings.
I am liking how much mobility he has with his moves, though. Multi-directional lightning teleport, dive slash, command dash, regular dash, probably double jump.
Does Raikousen let you go through someone, even if they are blocking, though? I don’t think I’ve seen it as anything but a combo extender yet. I wonder how well it would work to activate Sougenmu, use a multi-hit assist like Cold Star, then Raikousen back and forth on an opponent at odd timings. It also seems like the upward, and maybe even horizontal, version might be a good longer-range anti-air than Ryuenjin. Is it mid-air only, and, if so, how effective is Tiger Kneeing it? If it can be Tiger Kneed, does it hit overhead? It would be pretty cool to do mix ups between Sentsuizan and Raikousen so that you can hit them from the front and wind up either behind or in front of them, depending on which move you picked. The other thing is it seems like the lightning hits after the movement, so if you can go through an opponent with it, you could do an ambiguous cross up with it from really far away by doing the move such that it ends on top of the opponent.
this, Bass EXE was the reason why people bothered with the BN games. he was a almighty machine who w\held a grudge against humanity for trying to kill him, then halfway through the series gets amnesia and becomes a bloodlusted killing machine obsesssed with power and combat- he is probably a better villain Slot than Sigma.
on topic, I am REALLY surprised that Black armor wasn’t in, now that I think about it, considering how popular that form is-seems capcom needs to take some lessons from Marvel.

There would most probably be color unlocking. With how many color you started in TVC?

Based on the fact that Kanta didn’t know who Axl was, I’d say it’s safe to assume the last alt is Black Zero and Kanta just isn’t familiar with him so he said Bass. Their color schemes are basically the same anyway.
Kanta, if you get a chance, can you see if Zero can still double jump and air dash?

He can. It was in his reveal trailer before he shot IM with blaster. ALTHOUGH, it does have the red trail, it also has his jet booster thing effect, and it doesn’t look like his command dash. Looks like his airdash.
Might wanna confirm it just to make sure.
Bass would have to need Treble in his Lvl 3 imo to be complete.

You can add his new special move Raikousen, which is an aerial DP motion. It’s the Lightning dive move, a different one from Sentsuizan
