Hi folks, i am thinking about buying this one for Street Fighter X Tekken and Street Fighter séries… Near future going to get doa5 and Tekken Tag Tournament 2
But if you can get a Amazon to ship the PRO stick to you (Cross and Line is just artwork differences), you’re better off going that route imo. Of course with shipping it may end up being more expensive than the Qanba lol.
Ah, I got it confused for the old Q1, my apologies. Couldn’t they just call it something other than Q1 cut? Also, the actual stock stick (Not modded with Sanwa which is an extra $30) is around $115. Now I also did some research via Google and found out that Qanba buttons are total rubbish. Also I didn’t check the AUD to USD exchange rate (always a battle between them) but guessed it would be worth a little higher, hehe.
I don’t really consider a stick top grade until I judge its build quality, etcetera. I’ve been trying a few sticks recently at my buddies house who is a collector of Japanese arcade knick knacks. Only found a few sticks with decent weight and a good feel/palm rest (The TE stick is pretty nice!) Japanese buttons doesn’t mean high end to me, it just means mid-range. High end is something that really feels great. Because you don’t want a crappy PCB with a cheap plastic build with Sanwa or Seimitsu parts and call it high end. My 2 cents!
I don’t think it does, think it’s inside US only. Otherwise I would’ve bought that stick (x360 ver) a long time ago, 99 dollars is NOTHING for an arcade stick. An SCV stick would be so awesome to have…
The only reviews you need to worry about are those on this site.
I’d probably go for the Strekken stick, simply because it’s a fair bit cheaper. You aren’t getting that much different with Kai unless you specifically want a different top panel layout.
Based on recommendations here I ordered the SFxT Pro Line from amazon. I really don’t care about SFxT. I’m thinking about swapping out the art for it. I have no Photoshop skills but I want to create a Metal Slug themed stick
