Well, “a Scottish guy” is pretty vague. We could say “an American guy” has already been used… Scots obviously take on all forms, from highland pipers and swordsmen and whatever, through to punks and ravers.

There was a Scottish guy in a kilt named Angus on some 3DO/Jaguar fighting game. I can’t remember the name right now, but he had this one move that looked like he lifted up his kilt and a fireball came from underneath it!
