To an Englishman, you’re a German (as an aside, I classify people by the culture they’re brought up in, not their ethnicity). And given the second world war, it’s not too surprising that you’d get hatemails more from the British and French. Personally I think they’re stupid, but that’s almost certainly why you’re getting them.

I haven’t recieved more than, like, two hate mails since I started this game. Since I have something like a 20% win ratio, that’s no surprise. But I was pretty amused when a guy I beat around 5 times sent me “Stop dl’ing porn.” (It lagged in the final seconds of his last match, he couldn’t have saved it anyway.) I lol’d.

Oh, Haggar doesn’t make everyone happy. In player match, yes PLAYER, not ranked, I was on the verge of a perfect with Haggar, knocking out 2 of his guys and when his last guy came out, we were standing full screen but he wasn’t moving. Needless to say, he D/C’ed.
Another player I was beasting on, got caught in my Lvl 3 with Haggar. My friends and I were going crazy, as everyone does with that move, and right as he was gonna slam him down the game stops. Haha.
What’s the point of raging on player? 1 delayed loss? The satisfaction of waiting even longer to play your next game? Self-dignity? I don’t know.

Yes, yes we are. I’ve had a ton of hatemail from fellow Brits, usually Scottish and people from London. Personally I don’t send hatemail, I don’t see the point. I lost, and that’s it, tough shit. Although, most of my hatemail has come from Americans, and they’re also a lot more likely to keep rejoining your lobby to try and beat you, even though they’ve already lost like 3 times.
