Lol, my sig is redeemed.
awesome stuff
I’m especially curious about finding KOF footage of Kuroda now, thanks a lot you Denjin assholes! :lovin:
Especially since Japan isn’t known for KOF dominance (and I live in a KOF hotspot [South America] so I could stack up his skills against some seriously sick players)
Mov cpu training guide GO!
Wow thanks guys.
Training mode time…
about the guard jump technique, if the opponents do an empty jump in and u do a meaty grab (dunno how i should call it), the opponent shouldnt be able to jump
I was wondering how Kuroda was doing that on the Ryu DVD.
buuut wait… so does he consider even players like Boss, KO, Nuki, Yakkun, Rikimaru to be in the 0-1% range? ask him if is that so and why
What about stuff like Momochi/BOSS/Rikimaru winning (and OCVing the finals IIRC) SBO09 with solid-ass play? Surely Kuroda would have just stomped everyone if he’s “100%” and these others guys are “1-5%”.
Don’t get me wrong, Kuroda is the man (I didn’t even know you could link Q’s SA2 from a cr.LP until I saw him doing it on the last SBO, and I play Q very often), but aren’t they underestimating these other players?
Have you shown em the 3s characters in SSFIV yet?
Also,I think Kuroda is a pretty cool guy eh beasts with Q and doesn’t afraid of anything.
bean, thanks for posting those techniques.
This part was very interesting to me, because I always thought this is what made Japan so much better than the U.S. at Third Strike. Just from watching videos it seems like Americans make a lot more instinctual guesses than Japanese players. Now I’m reading that even most Japanese players play like that.
Could you guys try to find the whereabouts of Nitto and Nuki… maybe see what MOV has to say about their skill levels? I’m very curious.
You guys should catch up all thing that mov says and do a compilation for us
Like this one that he says about others japs players =]
nice AV…who is she? btw, thanks for the updates man, lotta ppl appreciate what you did, fascinating stuff
Did MOV only give tips for Chun/Ken, and other top tier characters, or for the whole cast?
Not for the whole cast. I imagine he knows a bit about most characters, but I don’t think there was anyone around who asked him for Necro advice.
I’m going to try to compile a list of as many of the things he taught us as possible (many of the things he tried to teach were beyond some of our comprehension) and post the rest.
dat my wife (random hot girl)
Mika Nakashima in her “Nana” character. :V sorry if I spoiled anything, potentially
And I’ll be looking forward to that list!
i asked mov what i should do w/ chun vs oro and he told me to switch characters
then i played him oro in casual and he went around the cab and told me to switch characters, then he picked chun
advise for oro players = switch characters
I noticed that in the Dudley Kuroda videos, Kuroda even did the jump back throw option select on empty dive kicks.
He picked chun everytime you picked oro- haha. He even looked at me when he selected chun and said, “I’ll teach him a lesson.”
