Soooo…because ONE of her mixup options loses to an option that your character and only your character has, she is bad?
I hate to say it, but if you don’t hit buttons, you eventually get hit because you can’t block forever. Is her drive random? Sure. Does every single item in it have a legitimate threat behind it? Yup.

Hitting buttons means playing like a retard and trying to get that “Sneaky 5A” in her blockstrings. She has nothing that is truly scary against any opponent. She has a barrel of options such as the frying pan and hammer. But that does not necessarily make them good. Instant overheads, loops, projectiles. She has them all, but her pressure sucks now that 5A got the “Hammer” Haha…Anyway. She sucks. Everything is just a chore for her.

Tagers Voltic Charge
Mashed Distortions
Hakumens Drive
Valk 6A
Bangs 2D, 5D, 6D, j.D (Rarely)
Rachel 2C
Relius 236A / Anything Ignis
List goes on and on. It’s only good if you really respect it. You can disprespect it for free.
And all of those things you list are things that will get you killed if you mash them and she DOESN’T go for Swallow Moon, so it’s not as if you can just casually hammer on them in anticipation of that one or two times a match when she pulls it out.
Again: It’s a tool that basically no one else has. Does it suck if you abuse it? Sure. Much the same way that Inferno Divider sucks if you mash it out all the time. Doesn’t mean it’s a bad option.
Edit: and honestly, I don’t really see the big deal about the nerf to her 5A - pretty much all characters do staggered 5A pressure regardless. The fact that Ragna’s 2A is +0 doesn’t stop him from doing it, so I don’t really think the 1 frame difference is going to seriously break anything for her. Your jab doesn’t need to be plus to do staggered jab pressure.
About Swallow Moon, I always thought of it as more an evasive maneuver. In my opinion it’s supposed to lure anti-airs rather than being a mix-up. You can cancel it to Barrier or air-grab so why not.
This has been one interesting read, but on topic the only thing that bugs me is learning Hazs tk loops and as for 3c>214d~a being hard to land your just doin it wrong just hit 3c and sweep straight to 214d~a like its one motion its easy as hell

What’s special about Lambda/Mu with heat? Most of the cast gets good damage off their air throw -without- needing 50 heat.
Off of air grab you have to rc it to follow up but it hurts… Alot

Mu can sneeze and take 4K. She has the highest damage output in the entire game, but her mixup is ass. If a competent Mu land a 6C / SoD Fatal you’ve lost 6K at a bare minimum. 9K in the corner.
What’s Mu’s DDs’ true damage? I rarely see people end a combo to DD with her.

Both of her DD’s do awesome minimum damage. If you manage to land the highloop and lowloop in 1 combo adding a 3C > Omoi adds like 1.3K lmao.
This is the only BB I’ve owned but I’ll say this: Despite me being told that her speech is directed at Ragna, I simply CANNOT STAND THAT ANNOYING WITCH, RACHEL ALUCARD!
