Trolls aside, skull girls it’s pretty cheap. if it’s not your taste, I’d say umvc3 or sfxt.

Play melty blood, because we need more people in the mibbit chat. In all honesty, I would just pick up one of the popular new fighting games, and then try out the “popular” older ones. You can play ST on GGPO, but be prepared to get thrashed by the veterans. It took me about 2 weeks to finally start taking games off of people who weren’t/aren’t considered good.
^^^^^ OMG this 100%. Breaker’s Revenge is awesome and my friends who aren’t big on FGs enjoy it, due to it’s loose system. Unless you have friends offline willing to play, your going to have a difficult time finding people in the BR room on GGPO…

Tobal 2, so you can be forever ruined on 3D fighters once you realize no other 3D Fighter save VF and SC is better. at least thats what happened to me.
