i know exactly what you mean. other than that, when the opponent turtles, i pull off that backward palm move into the 720. works. 
Anything other than a sonic boom when I’m ‘stumbling’ drunk.
Other than that, I’m 50/50 for the raging storm, so don’t jump in hoping I’m gonna miss.

And qcf/b’s used to. Sometimes, I ended up doing a tiger knee motion before I pressed the punch button, so I’d fly up into the air. Like during Genei Jin! kick… kick… JUMP THE FUCK AWAY! It’s gotten worlds better though.

The button pressing timing is pretty much the same as doing magneto’s rom infinite with the “CLAW” method. (dash down +lk)
I can’t do Dragon Punch on an arcade stick. I can do everything else, but on stick I can’t do shoryuken.
On a pad I can do anything.
I’ve been trying to get down dash xx 720 supers in 3S. That’s been pretty hard. Other than that I can do most motions pretty easily. Raging Storm is annoying until you sit down and just pratice that pretzel motion over and over again, then it gets a little easier. The one that always gives me trouble is the command throw for Ivy in SC2.

On PS2 or DC, I can easily do Raging Storm on the right side…
… But I don’t think I have even ONCE done it from the left. Ever. I just can’t do it! If anyone’s got advice, please give it.
