Man, how are you guys finding these people, some days I play non stop and so far I’ve only gotten hate mail once.
bringing mom into this, makes me truly wonder who the real kid is.
I’m gonna cry.
I land a Cross Art to kill, and this gentleman uses the animation time to back out to the dashboard.
My best advice dont go for the overkill with a cross art…you kinda deserve the disconnect if u tried to style too hard.
That has got to be the gayest advice ever.
If he wants to style then let him.
What the fuck? He deserves being disconnected on because he beat a guy with a cross art and “styled” on him? Man, some people these days…
It’s made worse by the fact that sometimes, you can lose BP because your opponent thought it was a good idea to ‘keep logging off’.
I am not justifying the other guy but keep it simple online. I don’t do cross arts as finishers anymore against random idiots online because of this. It’s a little common sense bro. Use your head you can’t control what the other guy would do.
LOL, If you don’t know the other guy and he looks like he could quit on you. Don’t do it. It’s using your common sense. You do want to earn the BP you fought hard for after all? Correct? I rather finish people off with cross assault or a nice hit confirm into super. Gives them less time to do so.
This scenario right here is the equivalent of performing a fatality on Mortal Kombat Online (which is infamous for the magnitude of rage quittng)…you are just shooting yourself in your own foot. It sucks…but hey you have to play dirtier than them and prevent their dashboarding.
You can lose BP randomly as well thanks to this. So if the guy is a rage quitter kill it as quickly and discrete as possible. I sound like Raven there for a sec.
Off topic: Is your Vizio laggy? or does it have minimal input lag? I am tired of playing fighting games on my SDTV. lol
PSN is full of these people. Watch out for the guys with standard avatars. They are usually on their troll accounts making life miserable for everyone. These evildoers…
So?
It’s online points that don’t matter.
You think anyone here cares about losing a few points?
If the person RQ’s then woop de doo. Post on here exposing the person or just move on.
Afterall, it’s online…
losing your own BP over a disconnect that wasn’t yours? lol You seem to enjoy getting trolled by random nobodies online.
Anyways, In all seriousness though. It was just advice to survive in the realm of online gaming and all the evildoers that lurk within it. When you said it was gay I thought it was pretty disrespectful since its actually teaching people some street smarts when it comes to dealing with this BS online. I’m glad has Ryu has a quick animation during his super…once that KO lights up the screen its a wrap. You earned your BP.
They’re points. ONLINE points. They don’t matter. No one cares. Whether you or the opponent are the cause of losing your points, it doesn’t matter. You’ll get those points back eventually anyway.
I don’t play online anymore.
Street Smarts? Realm of Online Gaming?
Whatever you say Duke of Tyrone…
lol, you sure dont have a sense of humor while receiving advice. No wonder why you can’t handle the trolltastic nature of online gameplay. You can learn from it but you also have to be aware of its quirks which include people just as the one on our friend’s image.
P.S. Just don’t go insult my advices later on, if you don’t like them. You can let your disgust out with your floor, wall or whatever physical object is nearby.
I remembered someone ragequitting on me during a cross-art animation, eventhough the cross-art would not kill him yet (he has plenty of HP left). He just gave up the ghost. Maybe hitting him with a raw cross-art square on the face after whiffing his own super completely bruised his ego.
You have got to be kidding.
Why not go for the overkill with cross art? It can help filter out the online frauds and let you know who the salty players are, and therefore, who you need to avoid.
And how do you lose points if your opponent disconnects? I was under the impression that your opponent lost a chunk of points and yours didn’t change…
