In MK9 only the jump normals were shared by everyone.
All that trailer does is show how slow and groggy the gameplay is. I bought MKX on release and was disappointed. Not to mention the netcode is pure garbage. I found some success with Raiden, enjoyed playing him a bit, but overall the game isn’t near SF’s level.

I disagree with everything… And I played every MK game including X.
X for me is overrated as hell.
The “awesome” single player mode is one of the worst stories I have ever watched and the rest of the single player pales to tMK IX where you had the awesome challenge tower.
Appearance wise it is just an opinion… But the “overdetailed” and clunky movement of characters are actually a con for me instead or a pro
Blood and fatalities is the last I want to see in a Street Fighter game.
About trailers… The trailers for SF V and IV made me far more hyped as the MKX trailers.
But well… to rach to their own as it seems… but Street Fighter has to stay as it is and actually I love if gameplay wise far far more than any MK game… And that’s what matter the most to me.
Only the singleplayer content.
To be honest, Street Fighter is superior in every category except single player.
And the biggest problem I have with MKX: I only main female characters. And there are no female characters in this game. /Kappa

The only thing I can applaud is how they made the female chars less like sex objects in MKX, with normal body proportions. Capcom still has this problem. I don’t need to see Viper’s huge breasts when she wins, have a girl fight with her gigantic naked ass(Mika), see Chun jiggle-jiggle-jiggle, or see Poison roll on the floor touching herself. We have porn. Let the women kick ass without trying to make them suitable for teenagers’ nocturnal emissions.
Other than that, there is nothing for Capcom to learn from MKX.

The king of the hill mode (minus the awful lag) that is pretty much it. I love the lobby and watching the fight/chat room… I had some of the best online sessions chopping it up with strangers in that thing.
King of the hill is truly nice in MKX.
I like that you can go to practice mode when you got bodied and figure out how to fuck this guy over when it’s your turn again.

I love how the mind games with rep points being handed out can play. Like who is the hater only giving me 0-1 points when I just served this dude. Also all the shit talking people do until they get on the stick, then they get ran through and come up with all the excuses in the book. Its a damn shame the netcode isn’t better because that mode alone truly is a lot of fun.
What you consider a problem, others may not. Also Mileena and Tanya have pre fight dialogue that is so flirtatious and suggestive you’d think they were about to start scissoring, and Kitana has a brutality in which she literally takes a page from the aforementioned R.Mika’s book and hurls herself butt first at her opponent with so much force her opponent’s head explodes from the impact of her butt. Oh and lets not forget D’Vorah’s completely necessary kiss of death execution of Mileena in the story. I’ll acknowledge that Neartherealms toned down the sex in MKX but lets not act like they’re completely above fan service and a prime example of female fighting game characters or something.
