At one point there was a pretty heated match between I think Bryant(boxer) and Tatsu(Vega). Tatsu was going pretty crazy with his vega and almost took it. He even managed to land the focus crumple>backdash>ultra combo at one point. The crowd was going pretty wild.

First of all, this was a great tournament, other than the little stuff like delays, me not getting a suite (still grateful for free room <3), etc. Whether I won or not didn’t change the fact that I love the niceness of the people here, the love people give to people who from out of state, and the general atmosphere. I appreciate everything everyone did to help me have a good trip. I’m still stuck at the Hilton until Wednesday, but whatever :D! Anyone who came up to me (and sorry if I forgot your names, so many people approached me this week, lol) and talked to me, helped me, or just gave me a plain handshake, thank you ^_^; There were the up and downs for me… Randomly getting sick from eating wings right before Top 8 scared me the most, however I wasn’t going to let that stop me from trying to win SF4. Anyways, enough ranting, onto the shout outs =).
@JohnRog: Thank you for everything, the hotel room, driving me to the casino to lose my money, running WCW, letting me stay in your house, making sure I was always okay, and I could go on and on and on … You’re one of the coolest people I met out here, not only because you did basically everything you could to keep me happy, but also went out of your way a lot for me. You made me feel right at home ^_^;.

@Players of California: You guys are definitely legit and right up there with the East Coast, don’t let people tell you differently. Just because I won doesn’t mean shit about EC > WC or any of that. This isn’t shit talk, but everyone is always like Marn is Texas, not East Coast, but when I win a tournament on the WC, everyones like EC!!! If they claim that I’m Texas, does that mean TX is up there now? I still believe everyone is almost the same level, and the only guy higher than everyone else is Justin. Keep practicing hard and I truly believe the U.S can be on the grand scale of Japan. We need to work together… From what I gathered this weekend, everyone has their jobs, everyone doesn’t have as much time to play as other people in the world, and it’s truly understandable, but if you want to be up there, there has to be some time put in… Valle is good because he puts in the time for it. It just doesn’t come in a present box. Why am I not shit talking? Because just being able to travel around the world and meet everyone, good or bad, makes me change my heart about a lot of things… I WANT people to beat me, I WANT people to get better now… I WANT people to have a unity. I sound like fucking Jesus right now, just ranting sorry.
California did give me a change of heart… I don’t know why. I just love you guys really, and when I move out here soon, I’ll help anyone and everyone who asks. Zack, it was nice to see your Sakura at WCW. It’s a shame you didn’t make it farther, because I was really rooting for you. I wasn’t there, so I can’t really give “shout-outs”, but I just want to say congratulations to Marn for winning it all, and congrats to the rest that placed in top 8. It was well deserved. Also, I believe one of the unsung heroes of this tournament, at least for us stream viewers, was Cami. She gave her best effort to give us the best experience possible and pretty much went out of her way to ensure that we were somewhat satisfied with the stream. It could have be a whole lot worse, but she really clutched(lol) it out. She kept it pretty damn entertaining as well. Now, if I go to WCW next year, I’ll be sure to buy you a drink for the hard work. ^.~
