It was good seeing all my SF friends again and it was cool to meet some players for the first time. Aqua Snake and Leonowski - you guys are awesome. Hope to see you at more tourneys. Milo, it was good to finally meet you. Too bad we didn’t get to chat much.
It’s too bad HDR got sidelined. I’m sure next year, things will be more organized and we’ll get some love on the big screen. That tourney was a lot of fun. There were so many solid teams! Good shit to Alex and Afro for winning it. Good fucking shit to my boy Cesar for beating Afro and making them earn that top spot. GGs to everyone I played in HDR. And a really gg to Sin! I barely eeked that one out. Your Guile is too damned solid man! And last, but certainly not least, good shit to Leonowski and Tyram for taking me down. I’ll get you guys next time! :wgrin:
On the SF4 front, this just in…i’m absolute trash at that game. So, a big thanks to the two guys that dueced me out for not laughing at me. Dae, your Chun is amazing and is so much fun to watch. You truly are the strongest woman in the world! Watching the top 8 reminded me again why I’m finally giving in and starting to learn this game. All of those matches were crazy good! So much fun to watch. Yeb, you totally stole the show. That Gen is on crack! Ed, your Akuma is sick. Always fun watching you. Alex, good shit on coming back and taking it all the way to the limit. I was rootin’ for ya man! And congrats to Marn for winning it.

Everyone from San Diego. I think every pool that had someone from the SD crew had someone advance. Nemo pulling off the upset against Ken I was awesome, and I hear that Steinmania guy had an upset against someone who almost placed!
