No, I have not. But I just did a quick search on it, and it looks expensive. The stuff I was on in the past, everything from IsoPure, Optimum Nutrition, MuscleMilk, old school crap from years ago I can’t remember, have all lead to constipation.
What’s in metabolic drive that’s different? Shit is hella expensive from the quick search I did.
I switched to 100% egg protein powder (just bought a random tub of the stuff from bodybuilding.com) instead of fooling myself into thinking my body can ingest milk/whey. I don’t really want to hear the arguments I’ve heard for the past 5 years… some people can’t ingest milk protein for a variety of reasons. Egg probably isn’t as efficient as whey but I am getting in my >200g a day without fail, so hey whatever works.
How should I be looking at the foods I eat? I seem to deem any food that doesn’t have more than 10g of protein as useless. Whats good whats bad?
Are Sat fats ok? Which is the bad fat again?
What did everyone eat today? I’ve been eating mostly sandwiches lately.
the amino acids in pill form are pretty much crap. I took them for awhile and found no affects. If you want some good metabolic support just get some zma or drink some a milk and egg protein shake before bed.
Hmm, I’ve been meaning to try egg protein powder myself, but the fear of my body not being able to digest that as well really discourages me from trying. It’s like, yay, let’s spend another 30-40 bucks on protein and then take it once and leave it sitting around for a few months then throw it away…
Did you also experience constipation from whey powder? How’s egg powder working for you?
Er, you sure that’s healthy? I’m not an expert on shit by any means, but healthy shit isn’t supposed to look like “soup”
