At most if your wearing a double ply denom shirt, it might help up to 150lbs to 200lbs, but I ONLY WEAR A OLD ASS SINGLE PLY âINZERâ NYLON SHIRT, THATS WHY ITS ONLY ABOUT 25 LBS HELP. Plus in a meet you actually have to pause it a full second on your chest before you can lift, which make a big difference.

nah, itâs just a good complex carb with a little bit of protein and some fiber. Cheap and easy to make. I eat it every morning. Lots of people grind it up in their protein shakes for carbs instead of spiking their insulin levels with dextrose.
