that was impressive, I think legs are the strongest part of the human body right?
still that was an amazing lift.

Glutes are the strongest muscle in the body…the lats are the largest…

People think quads are the largest/strongest…but it’s 4 different muscles…

Now about that being the record breaker…are you guys sure?? Dr. Fred hatfield squatted over a grand before too…I think it was like 1013-1014 or something like that…

Yeah, I would figure squat record would be higher since one guy’s benched 1,000 lbs.

Can anyone do this? Or is it more for beginners? What are some other high cal. meals? Whats good for breakfast?

I wish that were true. My lats are fucking terrible.

It’s good to start off with if your current workout isn’t all that great. Breakfast for me is usually a couple of eggs, whole wheat bread, and milk.

It was a record breaker for his weight class, which is 182lbs to 198lbs.
Damn impressive, considering thats over a 5X bodyweight lift!

My knee clicks when I do squats. It doesn’t hurt, but should I keep doing them?

Little painless pops are ok…if I’m not mistaken it’s the tendon going over the origin…

:annoy: :annoy: :annoy:

it’s a good program regardless!! Damn…shows what you guys think of me:sweat:

MagnusMadness, if you don’t mind can you please post what your daily diet looks like. Including any supplements and total calories it adds up to at the end of the day. Thanks.

Oh everyone is different. I do not do anything like that at all, but I am aiming more for asethetics than power.

lol, my bad Magnus, it is good and I appreciate you writing it up, but I thought it’s good to change it up after using it for a while. Didn’t mean it in a bad way.

Man, I didn’t know that’s how much he weighed, that’s crazy.

i think that was with a shirt on…

i dont think anyone has benched 1000lbs raw, someone correct me if I am wrong…

im outi

Roberth

?? This program is DEFINITELY geared towards size. Higher frequency at moderate intensity. I would definitely throw in a few different exercises and dedicate certain days to dynamic effort if power and strength were the goals…

Eh, I get my calories in every day…but they aren’t very clean sometimes…I’m a little poor right now as training is my only job right now and things haven’t exactly taken off…I’m also eating a shitload…I don’t know what you are trying to do but if you want to gain weight then you could try something like what I do…here goes

2 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 cups milk, 2 slices whole grain wheat toast, 1/2 cup oatmeal

Protein bar, 2 cups milk

2 PBJ’s, 2 cups milk

PWO shake mixed with 1 1/2 cups milk

maybe a sub from subway…it’s right next door to the studio…

Dinner might be mum’s homemade cookin or whatever I decide to whip up…but whatever it is…total calorie count will exceed 600 cals

1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1-1.5 cups milk

That’s 7 meals…starting @5am. I am almost 200lbs again. A little over 2 months ago I was in the low end of the 180’s.

This diet isn’t great by any means. But it’s easy and I’m packin it on and my lifts are WAY up. I get a lot more strict with the diet come time to cut.

Wow, you drink alot of milk. What’s the benefit of all that milk?

I’ve always liked milk…and it’s extra calories and a good source of protein at the same time…it’s also a blend of whey and caseinate protein, for fast and slow digestion…

Is it better to work a single muscle, than lets say two muscles in the same day?

I train movements…not muscles or ā€œbodypartsā€

is that semi skimmed milk your drownning on?

nope…heh…whole milk. I love whole milk.

Hey I never said I was cutting or even ā€œcleanā€ bulking.
