Iâm not the biggest guy on the block but with my limited experience Iâm approaching a 500lb raw deadliftâŚIf Iâm not there now. Iâm roughly 5â9" and have been as big as 215. I have never maxed on squats and havenât maxed on bench in a very long time. I train for size, the strength I have is a bonus, and Iâm not dissapointed. Iâm a personal trainer at a private studio and will soon be certified with the ISSA. I have clients that have lost as much as 30lbs in less than 2 months and clients that have put on over 10lbs in less than 2 months. Ask remy martin. Iâm going back to school for a degree with kinesiology and will continue on with a masters in exercise science.

There are a few higher calorie shakes now that are pretty goodâŚCytosport puts out a mix called âcytogainerâ and IDS makes a mix called âsmartgainerâ
Both are very similar. Servings have 600+ cals (close to/over 900 with milkâŚwhole milk obviously has more cals) and 80+gs of carbs (maltodextrin) for a nice PWO insulin spike. They have around 50g protein and even creatine tooâŚsmart gainer has a few other ingredients that make it pretty good too. Itâs definitely worth looking intoâŚIâm using smartgainer right now and itâs pretty good. Just doesnât mix wellâŚkinda chunkyâŚthe cytogainer Iâve used in the past mixed very well thoughâŚ

Glutamine tabs to get more of what my body canât recoup itself. Otherwise, nothing. BTW, Glutamine is naturally produced in the body, but as much working out as I do, and my body canât make it fast enough. I just take a pill a day for it. Nothing revolutionary.
BTW, creatine is a naturally occuring item too. Itâs in red meat.

Gonna buy more protein powder this week (or next) and this time around I want to add more into my shakes. What I was drinking before was 1 scoop of powder with like 10-12oz. fat free milk.
Iâve been thinking about whole milk, but isnât that more saturated fat Iâd be taking in overall? I usually try to consume mainly unsaturated fats daily. Also, whatâre things I can stir into my shakes? Canât really mix a banana into my shake, but how well do oats mix in? What else can I do to add in some complex carbs and dextrose?
