Great first showing from all. How will Round 2 play out? Will Lud be able to repeat? Will another player knock him off, or will Flakeman Spiff not come through with Lud’s ride next Wednesday???
Next week will run much more smoothly, and I’d like to get a little more interaction going so that actual knowledge can be shared. I encourage everyone to get there as early as possible. Personally, I’d like to get some casuals in, and just be able to play and talk, and I really can’t do that during the tournament…
Also, I want to run Baltimore Chun Concept Matches next week. I think a lot of you guys could get a LOT out of playing James. Stay tuned for that one. I’m thinking I want to see iNerd and Rugi play him, definitely. Any suggestions for others? I’m thinking 5 should be enough.
Also, what were you guys’ thoughts on the first one? Anything glaring that needs to be fixed? We’re gonna organize space better next time, and definitely get started on time (we were actually ready to start at like 8:05, but some super last minute stuff screwed up my tonamento, so it held stuff up. WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.
But yeah… anything?
I’m interested to see how Steve adapts to LUD’s play; you know he’s not happy with a second place finish. iNerd for sure watched LUD take out Steve, and it’ll be cool to see if and how he handles Steve next time they fight. On top of that, it’s anyone’s guess who Top 4 next week will be. Lots of players looking to crack in there.
There’s a good good chance I will be moving to Baltimore in the next month or so. Job is in the inner harbor and I’ll be living in Canton most likely. I plan to be all over this when I get down there, although I might have to wait for the next round.

I seeded 8 players last time. The rest was completely random. I will do the same this week.
I’ll be there with some folks. I would personally like the XP but since it’s concept I would sooner recommend you for that matchup…
I think my boy SECS (the rose player) would make for a good match too and I think he’s down for that
I’m not gonna be in it. I wanna run these for people to potentially learn from James, and I’ve learned enough from him over the years. I do want to run James versus one of the older players, but I don’t want to do it myself.
You and SECS could be good choices. I gotta talk to BMore again to make sure this is still a go.

So this week will still be the regular stream because we haven’t gotten our equipment in yet from the mail. Protoman will be getting our HD stream up and running next wed. People lets get it in for our xanbat and our monthly this sat plus bbq. Our area is getting better and we can compete but we all still have to play and play TOGETHER for us to keep sharp.
