100% positive man. On both my Devil Hunter and Son of Sparda runs, I have yet to land on a red spot. I usually pause on the number RIGHT before the one I want, then I hit it with the buster.
I had to beat up on those knights. Its kinda hard when The Savior is smashing shit like the Incredible Hulk, so I waited till he got stunned by that giant cannon, then I went from platform to platform styling on the knights. Do that, plus figure out a good strat for getting a good time(got my A by luck really; he’s pretty random), and you should have at least an A in no time.
Edit: On, and a note about the Exceed system. I didn’t use at all on Son of Sparda, so if you’re not proficient at it, its no big deal. You can easily beat the game without it, but it definitely has its advantages.
Started going through Human mode just for the achievements and damn this is way too easy. My combos don’t reach very high since the mobs keep dying so quickly.
I thought that was stupid that you don’t get the achievements for Human. You mean I gotta go back through Human mode to get what…20 points? Fuck you Capcom.
There’s an epilogue for Nero and an epilogue for Dante. It happens after Nero’s epilogue, and I think you have to protect Kyrie from getting hit in during the credits for a minute and a half to see it, but I’m not sure.
Charged Shots + Roll til shield is gone. DT ownage combos + DB grab X 2 = Red Blitz. Start dodging and shooting again, and WATCH THE FUCK OUT FOR HIS GRAB. Pretty much instant death.
Well I just got Dante. Holy crap, its gonna take me 5 mins to get used to him again. I should try his on the fly style switching. But sword master pwns all already. I’m actually adapting without the devil bringer alot faster than i thought i would.
Neros fun and all but Dante brings the fucking PAIN. Pandoras laser cannon knocks the cloak off mephistos and stuns the white knights, DTed Stinger is broke. Dark slayer BACK + O has more reach than fuckin Storms hyper comboes. Gilgamesh roasts bosses. Even the shotgun is beasty.
Man, DMD mode is fucking hard :sad: I’m getting ass-raped on every fucking mission, using all my damn items. Everybody and their momma has Devil Triggers, and the bosses do insane damage and have epic health. Dante 2 just raped me HARD, switching between Gigs and Pandora’s Final attack for insta death. Burned my last Gold Orb beating him.
Currently on Mission 11…I’m not looking forward to Mission 19 sigh
Hmmm…I just protected her and I got the same ending. I think I protected her both times then, so I’m assuming to get the other one I have to let her get hit?
EDITNever mind, I guess I didn’t do it the first time, just got Dante’s Epilogue right now. Now it feels complete.EDIT
:u: They’ll get into this triangle formation thing, and you’ll see a huge black hole. They’ll charge it for a couple of secs then shoot it at you. Has anyone hit it back with a charged shot? I heard that you can, but when I tried I failed. My aim seemed off since the camera wasn’t behind me.
One thing to note about the Blitzes/Electric enemies: They can’t see according to the library, they only use sound to find you. So if you stand there, don’t move and charge your shot, they actually just stand there too. It’s a little tricky to get it to work until you get used to it since after shooting you gotta move and reposition again, but it helped me out a lot.
Nahh, that was a exceed level 3 streak… He didnt even have the powerups to pull that off… He said it was some crazy shit like Akumas Intsant hell murder:lol:
I also liked how Lady’s tits moved and bounced so unnaturally during that scene. :lol:
