Well, that’s why I enjoy games like Ninja Gaiden or DMC. It’s not so much of being “PUNISHED”, but hey, learn to play better and more hardcore and make Ryu/Dante/Nero a badass…not just somebody who will stand there and take punches to the face
Damn the different moves you can get make me VERY optimistic that Nero can, without a weapon change…can be as deep as Dante. That is utterly amazing. 3 different regular combos, 2 upgrades to Streak and 2 to the other power move and more arm abilities…GODDAMIT I NEED MY PS3 FIXED DAMMIT.

Rumor has it that the Nero in the demo was bare bones.
Nero in the demo is what you start out with.

In the demo, Nero had to acquire the Devil Grip ability, but in the tutorial vids with Dante he seems to already have it. Also, does that make the demo the first level?

It’s the second area if i recall correctly. The first area is the fight with Dante, then Nero heads outside to fight the puppets.
So Nero starts off with the Devil Bringer? I was under the impression that he has to get it.
The fight with Dante is the tutorial level, i dont remember Nero having the Devil Grip ability, only the Buster grab ability (i think thats the name for his throw attack).
I think the demo is the 2nd stage.
If you look in the TGS Trailer, Nero throws the Devil Grip at Dante, who rolls away. Oh well, like I said, I’ll answer this question tomorrow.
