I actually stopped checking up on DMC4 right about that time. Just kind of lost interest. The demo has rekindled my interest. Can’t wait, now.
This Demo was nice. I’m still gonna get it for XBOX 360.
If you’re a fan, Grab it!
I was worried it would feel awkward on a 360 control, but it’s butta. This can’t come out fast enough.
I had played the demo already at the NY Anime Festival, but it was still nice to play it at home on my PS3! :nunchuck: Looking good, can’t wait to own the game! :lovin:
yep.
Getting achievements for this badboy will be so fun!:nunchuck:
I am going to yell at Dios over AIM for not liking this game.
Please do. The demo alone is incredible.
Going into it, I knew it would be good/great, but I was really pleased with the demo. Everything looked and felt so damn fluid, it was amazing. No gripes about camera angles at all either (which is usually at least somewhat of an issue for most games like this). Like many others have said, can’t wait till the final version. Gona be the perfect game for whenever you get bored and just wana play something for a bit.
Great, my girlfriend got to play the demo. I’m too jealous.
Wasn’t expecting much from this(after DMC3…) but, man it’s good…even on the 360 pad it didn’t feel awkard like I thought it would.
PS3 demo locked up for me.

:u: It did that once while my friend was playing it too. Reboot and it should be okay.
Okay, so I just tried out the American version of the demo, and it’s pretty much the same, except for one thing that makes it better than its Japanese part: ESRB only gives you one screen for a rating (which can be bypassed within 15-20 seconds) while CERO gives you a shit ton of warnings in Japanese (which last for almost 2 minutes). The American one is better in that it lets you get into the game slightly faster.
EDIT: And, for PS3 players, this game is Dualshock 3 compatible, and it feels great (all the rumors saying that DS3’s haptic feedback being weaker and more subtle than DS2’s motors are false, by the way. It’s just as, if not more, intense as the old DS2).
It’s kind of funny, because when it comes to fighting games, the CERO screens are just about non-existant. And yet, for action/adventure and racing titles, spammed all over. I’ve gotten used to it after years of importing. =/
Berserk was worse. You almost had to sign a waiver.
Dante Monograph update. Videos of his different styles.
Don’t ask. Just watch.

I liked the demo. I died at Berial though and didn’t want to start it up again. I’m probably going to pick this up.
RG will be top tier again.
So round trip AND the sword wave are in? sweet.
And did dante switch between three devil arms in that last video?
man what’s cool about switching styles is when you hear carefully in those clips. Dante actually calls out the style as well which is DOPE! :nunchuck:
SNAP -SWORDMASTER!
SNAP -TRICKSTER!
QWNED!!
:lovin:
You know I love youuuu!
Are there any advantages of using the L2 charge up other than more damage? I went through the demo again and didn’t use it, but felt like I wasnt playing right cause I ignored it completely. Also, when using it, is the idea to use it mid combo, or charge it up to 3, then go into battle?
