Looks…exactly the same. 
Props to capcom for living up to their promise on the 2 versions being identical. I couldn’t really tell the difference at all! They are like identical twins, LOL. The PS3 is known to show brighter graphics than their 360 counterparts for other games, but it didn’t show here. The resolution also looks dead similar.
Yeah, surprisingly, a lot of those comparison vids are supposed to look the same. GT.com apparently does not have their PS3s properly tuned according to this vid.

I noticed it as well when I got around to playing AC on my PS3 and it didn’t look like what GT showed in their comparison vid. Hopefully, they saw this video and fixed their settings.

I only just got into the series myself so I can’t really say.
The game comes out on Jan 31st here…I’m taking Feb 1st off work. No joke.
I am concerned over whether or not it will sell off the shelves though. That would be tragic.
As popular as Devil May Cry 3 was, I don’t think it’ll have a problem selling well.

I DMC the last boss fight was like that, $hit was epic, so if anything GOW took a bite outta that.
I’m suprized they got so many complaints about the diff level of DMC3 even from the Japanese players…
kinda upset the made DMC4 easier than the first DMC3 i actually enjoyed the difficulty… That was the hardest game i played since TMNT for NES, it brought me back to the time when games were a challenge/damn near impossible:lol: Challenge’n or not, i still cant wait to put my d1ck in it.:lovin:
Pretty sure it’ll have a slightly more difficult setting after you beat it. All the other games had it if I’m not mistaken.

I agree with the Lava Spiders especially as the first boss. That shit should not be the very first boss fight.
That was the baddest-ass first boss I’ve ever seen. It’s not just a big spider; it’s not just a dude who’s on fire. No. It’s a fuckin’ lava spider! How the hell do you guys not think that’s totally fucking cool? Fuck that shit.
PS: I know that, storywise, he’s dead, but shit. Bring that fucker back so I can punch him in his ugly lava spider face one more time.

They did bring him back in 2, was the only good memory I have of that game, so anything is possible. I thought he was a good choice for a first boss fight in 1 though, thats how a game really makes an impression too. It’s like “Holy fuck, THIS is the FIRST boss fight?..what could they possibly throw at me later in the game?!” God of War also used this approach in both games and it worked.
Yes, his name was Phantom, but he was a lava spider. And the ones that come back in the second game aren’t actually him; they’re smaller, and they don’t talk (and they suck, like the rest of the game). I wanted to see him in the third game, though, but no dice there. So here’s hoping.
