Please tell me WTF to do as Balrog against vega, since I suck at that matchup and Balrog is my main character so it’s like a free win on me.
I play him casually but my Balrog is a lot better than my 'sim. I barely ever get to play, maybe twice a week max at Nate/XTG’s house, but now that my other friend with consoles/tvs (I don’t have either) is moving into our apartment, I’ll be able to train in ST more regularly and plan on picking up Sim, New Ken, Guile and Deejay.
Hell fucken yeah. But I haven’t had an internet connection in a long time, so that’s why you didn’t get a heads up…
Anyways I will have a connection starting next monday and tuesday, ST is my game nowadays so you would probably kick my ass at KOF but I would love to play you in some lag-free setting.

Ah, alright. Nevermind. The subtle things about ST that bother me will defeat my attention span after a while so it’d be dumb for me to go.
Do you play KOF? In the future I’ll probably have some casual non-ST gatherings, but I didn’t practice for ST last time at Zach’s and it shows, so I need to practice up.
I’m definitely looking for anyone that will play Fatal Fury Special, Garou, or KOF '98+2k2 also.
The only KoF I know really is Neowave… relatively familiar with 2k2, but not 98. I’d probably get ravaged but yeah, I’d play KoF.
Garou… now you’re talkin’. I love Garou. Garou shits on ST for breakfast, then uses it’s shit to skullfuck it. I’ve never played it competitively though. If someone has it on PS2 that’d rock because I could use my stick, unless someone could bring psx-dc adaptors.
Fatal Fury Special, now that’s something I haven’t played since I’ve seen it randomly on neogeo arcade cabs but why not? I’m sure I’ll get whooped but I can try to get the hang of it.
I’m down to play anything honestly, it’s just that when gatherings are focused on one game, it’s always a game I’m not interested in enough… or good enough, ie MvC2 at Zach’s.
The only games I even consider myself ‘good’ at are 3s and guilty gear, and with the lack of guilty gear competition I’m surely getting worse and worse. Always willing to learn, though. I don’t have any friends who are competent in fighting games so I try to take what I can get.
