i live and die with akuma too at tournaments, but i enjoy playing other characters casually… i just find it harder to win in ranked with akuma then other characters, i have to play a lil different because other players just dont care and do whatever
ok so i suffered some BS losses, got salty, and decided to play with ryu and Evil ryU <-- he could b my secondary bcuz it is harder to win with akuma

Depends on the lag you got but admit sometimes you just can’t handle it with Akuma tight counter windows. Other char just have more “free any range tool” to apply pressure or randomly throw it at X or X + 2frames.
I wasn’t raggin’ on you or anything. Actually, it’s kinda cool that you can play with another character. I’ve tried many others: Gen, Adon, Dan, Cody and more recently Dudley. But I never took them to ranked… Only played a few “casual” rounds with a few of them in endless rooms.
Alas, I can only play Akuma with any semblance of skill…

Air fireballs arent too bad once you know how to get around them.
U2 beats regular or TK’d zanku’s and protects your teleports from os HK tatsu and demon. The mirror match revealed to me why so many zangiefs and abels hated f.HK so much hahah.
mirror matches wind me up. I’m too arrogant to treat 99% of the akumas I meet with any respect. I just stand around and let them dick themselves
anyway, I missed the shadowloo SSF4 thing today, (I think it was today) anyone know if any akumas went? or if there’s any good vids yet?
Top 8 has Eita and Tokido. And Naruo (eRyu/Ryu), Dakou (Ryu/Fei), GamerBee (Adon), Banbaban (Cammy), Amiyu (Gen) and Shungoku Neurosis (Dictator). Not one Seth, Viper or Rufus in top 8 and half of top 8 rep shotos \o/

well atleast Gen should be fun to watch
I got mind fucked by a gen that did me 3 hit reset loop. That was just nasty first time I saw that. His cross up is damn anbiguous, each legs on different side and his body right over you, still hit cross up… then a crouch light something to another I duno that launch me in the air and he reset me to cross up again.
I was like wtf is going on, till KO flashed on the screen.
I’ll have to find a work around to input cr:hp: faster 'cause this damn anti air lag cost me 80% of my matches.
