Out of those questions, someone completely new is what I hope; ideally I wish for her to be someone from Gill’s troupe, and that her repretoire will gear her towards them instead of Shadoloo.
her being a agent describes her name quiet well, it’s more then likey that Crimson Viper is her code name and not her actually name.
Shadaloo is almost a joke by the end of SF2 with Bison gone and (possibly) BALROG in charge of it. Of course, they could retcon things or whatever else they feel like, but I imagine (hope?) she’s an agent of Gill’s organization, myself.
Doll? Unlikely. The only endings in SFA3 involved the dolls either dying (Juni’s) or being taken out of Shadaloo (Cammy and Juli). It was stated that they all turned on Bison anyways. That and the only red-haired doll is the medic. Hardly very intimidating like this Crimson Viper seems to be touted as. Of course, again, retcons or whatever else (such as the dolls being found by Gill’s organization after they were taken away from Shadaloo) are possible, but not very probable at all, IMHO.
If SFIV really as Ultima thinks, turns out to be similar to the Alpha/Zero series and isn’t a tournament but the fallout, I don’t think Shadoloo itself could have completely fallen apart.
If C. Viper is say one of Vega’s contingency plans for example. Activated upon his ‘death’ at the hands of Gouki, programed to try to find a way to bring him back.
That would tie into SF2 and give them a way to bring back Vega as a Super Secret final boss type.
Just a thought.
And then he has to die again.
I’d sooner see C.Viper (Seviper!) as a scout from THE ORGANIZATION to check out what remains of Shadaloo. Perhaps to steal whate technology they still possess (was it stated that THE ORGANIZATION got the tech for replacement bodie from Shadaloo, or am I just imagining that?).
Have you seen the SD image of Viper supposedly from Akiman’s blog as yet? Assuming it’s legit, it actually makes her look a little better, IMO (though she looks more like a Jojo character now). Her hair’s still stupid though.
She looks like a typical agent, inconspicuous with fluorescent pink hair. Maybe Q gets a role as being set up by her to spy out Shadaloo, even if he doesn’t show up as a playable character. And then her, even more badass, twin sister Kolin kills her, so she can have the stupid-hair-loving savior all for herself.
I’m still holding hope she’s from Mad Gear or something, and that Hugo and/or Poison will be in the game/storyline. 
moving the time line up is one way , they could do things. like move all the dates in the games up in years.

edit: of course this would be too much work for Capcom to do, so it’s best to leave the dates as they are.
They would have to retcon all of the character birthdates, for one thing. If they remove the birthdates, and just list characters as being at a certain age at the time of specific events (e.g. Ryu is 23 during Sf1, 24 during SFA, etc.) they could get away with it.
Oh, and apparently the C.Viper gif is from an Akiman fansite (C&P link), not Akiman himself.
This could of all been solved with some simple questions by the 1Up crew to Ono if they had bothered to pull their heads from their asses.
All they had to ask was, “Is Vega going to be in this game?”
Instead we got clarification on Poison’s gender status.

You guys effin rock. As a trying artist I appreciate finally being able to see all those pics looked at every one of them. I always saw the head url from akimans official blog and checked everyday to see that he didnt post much stuff. Then I check his fan site and its ridiculous. Guy is crazy.
