That’s a small pic of a larger drawing of a bunch of Capcom characters in a train. The drawing itself is in Capcom Design Works Early Days, page 154.
The book Ryu is holding. It seems to be about Martial Arts and it might hint to what his style is, looks like some kind of Karate.
I’m pretty sure I sent you the full drawing of that picture back when I sent you all the Capcom Early Days images. It’s the same one where Rolento is putting the moves on Jill Valentine. 
So I don’t think you should take anything in that picture too seriously, they also show Pocket Fighter Ken squeezing SF2 Zangief’s nipple… Let me know if I should scan it again.
Oh and it seems in SFA2 Gold that Vega(cape) fights everyone in a black outfit for some reason, not just Cammy. I finished the game with all 3 versions of Chun-Li in the game and he was wearing a black outfit each time. In her ending art he still had on a red outfit of course.

Vasili10 - In the middle of updating the CFE faq, I wanted to ask what one more quote meant, Felicia’s to Chun-Li, mainly what exactly is meant by tickling - “Don’t tell me…that tickles ma’am? Refreshing and, because it’s unwilling…” And that should be it and the update should be ready, thanks!
Sure thing. Going back to CFJ’s tier assumption that Chun Li would have a tough fight against Felicia, if Felicia won it wouldn’t be with much effort. Perhaps Chun Li’s kicks seem so ineffective to Felicia that they may as well be a breezy tickle rather than an attack. That’s as best as I can interpret Felicia’s remarks.
Whose bright idea was it to put THREE Capcom franchises in the same bracket?
Thought I find the name of the division to be quite fitting. My two favourite franchises (SF and FF) are in there. 
Currently, RE’s in the lead by 1.6% (800 or so votes).

Ah, I voted for SF of course - they are currently losing by 2,077 votes. It’s not fun for me voting against Capcom games though… I’m also a big RE fan, even though I’m only about 80% done with beating part 3 and haven’t touched 4 since I’m trying to go in order.
Arg! FF(Final Fantasy) beat Megaman! Curses! Lol no hate on Final Fantasy though. It has a strong chance of winning the entire thing.
Some of the votes are tough! I had a hard time deciding between Kingdom Hearts and Castlevania… but in the end I’ve played some bad Castlevania games and have enjoyed all 3 KH games, so I voted for KH. Castlevania had a very strong lead early on beasting on KH but KH wound up winning suprisingly.
If SF was up against Devil May Cry than I’d have serious problems… well I’d just get a friend to vote for one I didn’t vote on or something…
Inspired by a thread over at the Street Fighter Devotion forums, but from AAC, Birdie looking different from SF1 to the Zero series is due to a character redesign, not a sickness. The pale/sick win quote is Capcom USA’s fabrication for Alpha 3. Zero 3 has no such Birdie win quote.
Heh heh, Akiman’s KOS-MOS’ drawing is on his website too! Maybe he’ll put all of his magazine drawings up on his site from now on. We’ll see I guess.
Hey Tiamat, would you happen to still have old early versions of the plot guide? Like from the time of the transition from the Alpha 3 Story Faq to a full blown SF Plot Guide? Being curious about when certain things came to light during the days of the previous Warrior’s Fate thread, potentially they could add to sano’s salvaged pages.
I have version 3.4 (last updated at Christmas 2002) lying around, might have more.

Drat, I only have updates back to version 3.4, myself. Hmm. But the old SF Alpha plot guide is still there if you want to look at it.

It was last updated in early 2002, it seems. It does still have the list of updates there in the revisions section although those aren’t very specific…
The oldest one I still have is one that was on Fighter Mania, where Siegfried added images to the plot guide, like the drawing where Sagat is holding Dan and stuff. Though the copy I printed out is in black and white and not in color.

sano, did the images 3.4 have a pic for Ojou-san? If so, did he use Ataru’s sketch and the Sakura sprites?
