No way to rate Joe other than chances are SF1 Ryu beat him. As for Lee, it seems that the chinese mafia killed him for loosing SF1 as Capcom states “Maybe the Chinese Mafia killed him for loosing SF1.” So, yeah, he seems pretty darn weak. I wonder if in the comic they will go the extra mile and have Gen who’s worked for the mafia on occasion kill Lee.
Geki is not related to Ibuki. That is not Geki that appears in Ibuki’s stage.
Eagle is in Capcom vs. SNK 2 and the Gameboy version of SF3.

aerialgroove- At least Akiman’s pic might have later depicted the moment Zangief discovered the optimum way to use the screw pile driver on human opponents. From HnN it said he smacked his head into a tree or something before realizing its possibilities. So after his bash with the tree he walks back into the gym with his head a little more clear. 
Just an opinion though, one trying to link art with story.

I’m sure you’ve guys have seen this already, but since someone asked for this on another forum and I did the scans already, EH. From All About SF3 NG The Fighting Bible here’s pics of the Tokyo Stage (Also in Second Impact) with Chun-Li, Lynn Kurosawa and Felicia’s cameos! (AAC confirms it’s them.)
And lastly, here’s scans of the X-Men vs. SF doujin (fan made comic) I got in Japan. Most of the comic is full of comic strip style gags but there are a few great drawings in the book.
Next time, I’ll put my entire Necro doujin up that has a young version of Necro, so hopefully someone can explain to me what’s going on there.
