You really think Im a scammer? Well scammers don’t usually respond to accusations of actually being a scammer. They just simply leave for another site. Also, Scammers also usually dont contribute to the sites they are scamming on. I dont know if you remember but I started the Darkstalkers 4 thread, you know that little thread with the 2000 signatures, yea that great cover for my scamming tactics.
This is really ridiculous that I’m being accused like this, the funny thing is I probably was one the front page for months and just was notified today because some kid said they didn’t want to trade because I was on the wall. I mean a mod could have at least sent me a notification that they were on to me or something… but you guys assume I’m a scammer by word of mouth and keep it moving. Thats bullshit.
I really don’t know what else to say or do. To my knowledge, I have never scammed anyone on this site or anywhere else. If there is any way I can prove that please let me know so I can follow suite. Thank you.
i know most users here a legitimate sellers but SRK is the only forum where noobs will give hundreds of dollars for sticks to these deadbeat sellers for free. it’s sad they are taking advantage of the trust of this community.
anyway ohnoezz tried to scam me but something didn’t make sense since the deal was too good to be true. my sixth sense told me to avoid this loser and i was right. he also tried to ask me to pay by gift.
there should be a rule where sellers can’t ask for gift payments. pm’ed megamands on this issue and its a buyer’s beware as of this moment.
For the record, I sometimes ask for gift payments to avoid getting hammered, but it’s always a choice and I never demand them. I always honour my transactions and would resolve any issues as best I could. It’s a shame that there are people that would take advantage of the system to their own ends and tarnish things for the rest of us. That being said, I intend to stop asking for gifts at all in light of this.
For a seller in good standing I wouldn’t think twice about sending payment as a gift but for anyone new it would definitely raise a red flag.
Whenever I accept payment I leave the gift option up to the buyer, I never ask or require it. I just put “IF you pay with Gift option, be sure to give me your name/mailing address”

To Ohnoezz, I would just like my refund back. Even though you said that it has already shipped two weeks ago, international shipping for a small product shouldn’t take this long. I already gotten things from overseas in already in a shorter amount of timespan through airmail. I will not refute the dispute until I see that product come in the mail from your end.

Most of the sticks sellers (at least here on srk) don’t do business during this time. School and other constraints force them to close shop, however, a lot of the stick builders that are marked as “active” simply aren’t anymore. Well, they probably are but you’ll have to ask them personally about that. If we (mods) don’t see them around for such a time we consider them “inactive” or maybe they’re offering their services elsewhere.
