If you paid thru paypal with a Credit Card. File a charge back thru the CC company. Should get you your money back.
WOW Shady. Sorry to hear LM! I dealt with Esjihn and he was slow to ship, but i wouldn’t think he would rip somebody off. Not cool! When you paid with paypal, did you pay credit or bank account? With gift payment you can do a chargeback if you paid credit. Good luck man!

This, don’t pay with gift unless you trust the person. I’ve bought quite a few things on the forum, I think Meus is the only one I felt comfortable enough with a gift payment. If the person is really resistant to having it be a goods sale, offer to split the fees if its an item you really want. If they still won’t budge, something is very, very wrong. Still, anyone selling who wants a gift payment, just add a buck or two to cover the cost of the fees. There should never be a reason to ask for a gift payment.

Was just brought my attention to this by OhNoezz (we’re roommates). Yes, I’m close with him. Yes, what he’s doing is wrong. He should give you all a refund. Yes, OhNoezz DOES have a small parts-shop at a local arcade. Doesn’t detract from the fact that he’s doing something very wrong here.
Swizzbeats isn’t telling everything. Seems like he’s just trying to get his ass out of this problem. Me and Swizz have been legitimately making Golf Ball tops for the past 2 months now. For him to say it was mostly his and he’ll be selling them by himself angers me. We both worked on them; we both sent out orders on them; they’re a product from both of us. I know our relationship with this community is tarnished because of Noezz (Did I mention he WILL give you all your money back, regardless if he’s willing or not I’ll make it my job to re-imburse you guys), but I assure you that both me and Swizz did not know what was going on. I will hopefully still make deals (I have a couple on going and still haven’t had a problem with them.) Meus can very well back both me and Swizzbeats up.

yeah i got enough feedback to be trusted but would never ask or expect a gift payment though people have sent me gift payments and all got there items but i never asked for it

My only issue with that is the fact that the chargeback occurs against paypal, (i happen to use paypal alot…) but then again they more or less refuse to help.

you should be covered by capital one. especially since you didn’t get your item. paypal may not not fight for you but your card will handle the monetary side. good luck.
