Wall of Shame: Post Info on Scammers, Thieves, and Unsettled Transactions

^^^^I posted the same stuff when he vanished the first time(same thread page 9) kinda sad it got posted again meaning he’s a bigger duesche than I could have imagined I hope that he does not get a chance to sell stuff here again. Granted he was trying to make right at first but he was still selling stuff.

And everybody is CRAZY,CRAZY in Albuquerque it’s the wild wild west.

First off, that is a seriously badass icon Gorath. Second, I couldn’t agree more. He’s such a hypocrite.

Looks like you can add Kfree/Modchipman.com to the list. Lots of orders pending that haven’t gotten sent out, has had people’s consoles for repairs for over 9 months at a time, and won’t answer e-mail, support tickets, or phone calls, has even taken the site down so no one can reach these support lines:

Was just going to update this thread with the same info. He’s been out for some time, website which said that the site itself was being renovated has gone down. Emails are also being bounced back, so it seems that the site itself was taken down by the host company. Calls go straight to his answering machine and doesn’t ever pick up. Contacted the BBB, who has been called upon before to deal with him. Anyone else had recent dispute with him?

Anyone heard of Kaytrim from Kaytrim’s Kustoms recently? He hasn’t been online since May here either.
We ordered 2 sticks from him in February and still haven’t recieved anything, and he hasn’t answered my emails for a couple of weeks either.

I know his shop is closed and he’s dealing with some private stuff, which I understand.
But for all I know my wallet is around 720 bucks lighter and it doesn’t look like we’ll be getting our sticks soon, or at all. :shake:

lazeeya pending. my ass

I was just gonna post the same question. Has anyone seen or heard from Kaytrim? I had to send him my B15 80’s stick so he could fix it because it wasn’t working at all and I haven’t heard from him since June 4th. I sent him the stick on June 9th and he recieved it 5 days later. I’ve sent many emails and I tried to be very patient and understanding with him but still no response. This is really killing me. This 80’s stick project has been ongoing since late JANUARY!!! Can anyone let him know to get in contact with us.

Ahah sucks to be y’all. Well I hope I don’t have to post anything here soon ;(

Well if shit happens with your transactions, Ahah sucks to be you, you’re on your own kid.

Very well put

Just a quick update about Kaytrim. I finally got intouch with him and hes done fixing my stick. I’ll update this again when I get it back in hand.

FYI- I finally received my stick back from Kaytrim.

glad to hear that lefty

sent a payment of 240$ via payment to Kaytrim in december 2009 for a custom case i was hoping to get by the time ssf4 releases and to this date i have yet to receive the product

he told me in in april that he was having difficulties with the dye finish so i told him not to worry about it and just ship the stick as is and i would deal with it

but all my emails to kaytrim from that point on went unanswered so i tried filling a dispute resolution claim with paypal however they werent able to do anything because it was outside the time window within which theyre able to intervene

i thought he was a reputable stickbuilder
i still dont have a stick to play ssf4 with…

The transaction was settled. It was a matter of miscommunication and misconceptions. Everything is cleared up now.

our attempts to reach Kaytrim are still unsuccessful.
haven’t heard from him since May. 800 bucks down the drain it seems.

Also be very wary of people who accuse people of owing them money or something else stupid that someone could be accused of and not actually of done.

Well, if someone was accused of owing money when they don’t, if it was done in paypal, they could easily show their transaction history to prove otherwise. if it was done otherwise, well…

Has Anyone heard from Hahano lately?

Hi. I ordered a stick from him back in December 2009 (payment sent through paypal and all) and have been in contact with him about once a month. He’s given me various reasons why my stick has been delayed and I’m a patient guy and the reasons have seemed valid so I accepted them. The last time he replied to me though was back at he beginning of August where he said

"No further updates, I haven’t been able to work on them much with my schedule. I hope to get some progress done on Sunday, when I have off from work.

Sorry and thanks,"

I emailed him again 8 days ago and have not got a reply. Back in March I asked for a refund:

"Hey, I could only give you part of it back as I’ve spent the money to get the materials for it already. If you would like about $100 of it back, I can do that, otherwise I have spent the rest of it on parts and wood.

Hey, have you started work on my stick yet?

Just wondering if you haven't yet, it's ok. I've had some financial
difficulties lately and if you could provide me with a refund that
would be great. Otherwise if you've started it already, that's not a
problem either. I would still want a stick sooner or later."

To which I said “Nope that’s fine then. Just continue on with the stick. Thanks for
your quick reply.”

The biggest question I have is, does anyone know if Hahano is around (I checked his profile at SRK and it said last online 08-27-2010). Also if anyone else has any sticks pending with him?

If I asked for a refund now, do you think that it would be fair of me to ask for the full price back even though he has bought parts from my payment?

It has been 9 months from what you’re saying and you have nothing, of course it would be fair to ask for a full refund unless you were told going in this was going to take the better part of the year to make the stick.
