pixeldotz, how long ago did you pay this person? I think you have 30 days to file a claim through paypal. Send him another PM, with a Request a read receipt for this message “Allows you to see when the message is read by its recipients” I’d PM him telling him that since there is activity in his SRK account, and you know for a fact that he’s ignoring you, that you will file a claim with PayPal to get your money back. Good luck homie.
For some time now, I’ve waited for 2-3 weeks for a TVC controller to arrive from Chrisz0r. Apparently he hasn’t been on the forums since April 30th, and I’ve gave the user ample time to respond to me back about the status of my order. After waiting patiently, there hasn’t been any packages shipped to my address and now he’s going to be on the list for not fulfilling his part of his duty to ship out the controller after completing the payment. I’m going to have to file a reimbursement claim to paypal so that I can get my money back. Till then, his name is on the list unless Chrisz0r wants to contest it.

Shit happens It took a while for my custom to come along but he explained the situation which was really not of my business in the 1st place but he assured me of my custom and quality, I agree with Souji5 he should taken off the list!
Alright I deleted all the messages until I get a better understanding of what exactly happened. I’ve read souji’s side of the matter but not baiko’s, if he wants he can follow this up by giving me more info on his side of the story and we’ll go from there.
Thought I’d throw in that I’ve bought from him a few times, never had issues and I got what I paid for pretty quickly. I think your case may have been another “shit happens” thing if he’s been offline for that long. Just my two cents, but I’ve been pretty satisfied with my transactions with him.
I tried my best to get Mystic to send everything back to sir arthur and have been keeping in touch with him. He says he has not sent anything because he is low on funds… yet he has been buying bran new phones every paycheck. Sadly, I doubt he will send it in, but who knows. He won’t give me back my soul caliber 4, my memory stick for a phone, and even clothes… it’s quite frustrating.

I’d say this is substantial evidence incriminating said user of being a scammer. And the a sound warning not to deal with this user or any other username which exists from his IP address.
Avidist is not supposed to be able to sell on SRK.
He joined in February.
Members have to have at least six months passed their Join Date.
I believe the rule changed recently. As I was able to post in the trading outlet on 05-09-2010 but when I tried to create my whinge thread I wasn’t able to as the new rule had kicked in.

The reason he wasn’t infracted/thread closed is because he just posted a WTB thread. He’s not allowed to trade either.

Look no offense guys but before you trade with someone at least check if they meet the requirements. I can’t stop people when the transaction goes down through PM’s.
I will heed that advice in future. And for the record we aren’t blaming anybody except for the person whose scamming us.
Regarding Avidist. I was doing a trade for some buttons with him, and I sent mine out. I receieved a package a few weeks ago, but it was just the plungers for the buttons that I originally wanted. I’ve sent him a few PM’s but no response.

I bought a T5 case from lovepig78, paid it on may 12th and it’s almost been a month, haven’t received it all. He said he shipped it out and promised he’d send me the tracking # but i never got the info.
Avoid transactions with this member for now.

Lazeeya is at it again. He started up a new thread to take care of the outstanding orders and I believe he even took on some new orders. Several people on his order list have not received their product and some have been waiting for as long as 14 months despite having paid in full. He’s not replying to PM’s, phone calls, and he’s not posting on his thread. Someone needs to do something about this.
For the record, he and I already had some history. He sent me my stick months late and it broke after a few days. Then when I sent it back like he told me to he accused me of deliberately breaking it, cursed at me on his thread, and refused to repair it. I didn’t get it back for months and I haven’t heard from him since.
He should not be allowed to sell on this forum. He makes the legit sellers look really bad.
