Some of the specific matchup numbers they have make me wonder if they’ve really been played out enough to tell, but overall I’m not too surprised by anything other then Makoto being the worst
I should seriously learn Dhalsim (who is at least 5:5 in all of Cammy’s losing matchups) would help me learn zoning if nothing else
ChunLi with a whole 4 bad matchups, Capcom obviously didn’t buff her as much as they intended 
there are some weird numbers in chun li’s matchups.
6-4 vs sagat, 5-5 vs ryu, I feel both of those are chun’s disadvantage.
4-6 vs blanka, 5-5 vs sim, 5-5 vs seth, I think all 3 of those are chun’s favor.
Yeah…I feel like Gen is better then they give him credit for but then in the match ups that I think Gen is really really bad they have him as 4:6, then again thats how Gen was vanilla, everyone agreed he was bad but no one agreed on exactly who he was bad or not bad against

Ryu at #6, huh? Seems like the whole “RYU IS BAD NOW!” mantra has died down. From 2nd of 25 to 6th of 35 is not a bad drop at all.
EDIT: I also just realized where Dee Jay landed on there. Impressive.

SF vs Tekken looks so much better then I thought it would, seeing Tekken characters in the SF4 engine made me associate the game less with the fact that I don’t like how Tekken plays and more with nostalgia from playing T2 as a kid
and Third Strike online coming in some form or another, judging by how long we’re waiting for it it’s going to have re-balancing or something new, I’m really excited about the possibilities
New SSF4 characters is cool too (Alex or Yun/Yang would be awsome)

sf vs tekken looked exactly like SF4.
I’ll reserve judgement though because MvC3 looked exactly like TvC at e3, but it looks a million times better now.

e: I’m pretty sure the game’s Random Select function is screwed up. I played something like 30 random matches in Endless earlier and probably 25 of them were some combination of THawk, Gouken, Juri, and Ibuki.
Random is actually another way to pick T-Hawk. if you played HDR you would know this. lol
I’m moderately certain that in vanilla random favored console characters and SF4 new characters. Wouldn’t surprise me if SSF4 random favored new to ssf4 chars.
That way you can be a THawk main and be like “Lol T Hawk? I can’t believe I got him again!” when you loose
