effenhoog: It’s about a 1 hour drive to W. Lafayette, I’d take 65 north to S.R. 52 and take a left on C.R. 350 (first real stop light), then take that all the way till it splits and take a right, and your right there. Its arguably faster than just taking 65 north and there’s no traffic and the scenery is AWESOME! favorite route. We don’t usually have MBAA at the sessions, but thats just because only Tourou and Abstract play it right now (my comp cant handle it and I haven’t modded my PS2 yet), but when we do you should definitely come, Abstract is a top player. If you come, I’m sure anthony would bring his laptop and we could all play it along with SFIV, which is the game that seems to unite all of us.

Sounds like there are a few people who have 360 sticks… do you have a second tv? i could bring my 360. I’ve got Sf4, Hdr, and mvc2 on it. if you don’t have a second tv i could try to bring my 20" crt, but it’s a bear and looks so small compared to widescreens these days.

We’ve never needed a second setup, I used to have 3 setups at my place when I first started, but only one is really necessary, thats why there’s only one on PS3, and I actually own myself a 360 and a TE stick for the 360 but its not necessary, PS3 is what most people use and since most people need HRAPs or ps3 pads its why I use it.
P.S. Winner stays on one setup is what is the funnest thats what everyone thought at jons that one night, and what I’ve wanted to do and tried to since i went to my first tournament, but people seem to want to just play SUPER casual which isn’t fun for me at all.
I agree, it’s way more fun when you’re doing more than just kind of dicking around, people try harder when you have to win to keep playing
I actually brought my LCD/360 down before checking the thread since they were light enough to just throw in my bag. But I agree play to stay makes the matches more tense and increases the incentive to win so I’m fine with one setup. Either way, gotta respect house rules and thanks for setting this up Tonioz.
I can bring some people with me, why don’t we do winner stays on one tv and a tourney on the other or something?
How we setup will depend on the number of people we get I think
