I don’t really know for sure whether or not Sagat can uppercut Sak after Jd’ing successfully the first hit…if its a close roundhouse yeah, far roundhouse…um no…close fierce…umm should be able to
But you think about it if its obvious enough to Jd, then you should really just be uppercuting her cleanly out of the move anyhow.
RC electric is easy to deal with…throw the sob out of it everytime if they dare to do that while your still standing and even if they crossed up, since most cross-ups with Blanka are NOT deep enough to actually combo…that and if you Jd’d the cross up you should be able to throw them regardless.
