^Very cool video, AM2 gets more respect from me than any other dev and it’s interesting to see two old guard talking about VF. It’s really surprising to hear they said they don’t concentrate on balancing the game, and yet VF is considered one of, if not the most balanced fighter out there.
Awesome that they mentioned Siba, who made an appearance in Fighters Megamix too!
I like how they’re too janky to use a real translator and just throw themselves at the mercy of translation software. Really awkward and unprofessional.

Both. You weren’t derpy and any way. It has nothing to do you whether you believed them or the game balance and such. More the fact that they stated such. It was :V worthy.
Not even touch on the focus of trying to make the game look/feel cool and exciting when everyone else calls the game “slow and boring,” which obviously isn’t true.
Now you understand why I wanted to use Bed Intruder for a Goh video.

Alot of what makes VF balanced in a way is the system and not the characters, everyone has the same health for example. Another being that the same defensive OSs that VF is famous/infamous for are all standard for characters. Like, at certain disadvantges you either do Crouch Dash Fuzzy Guard, Fuzzy Guard, Throw Escape(single and multiple(R.I.P.) ) ETEG, CDTEG etc. is the same for all characters not character distinctive.
However, this also gives it it’s variety because characters do have different attacks the give knock down, crumple, side-turned attacks that they can use in those sitautions. This then leads to tiers since some characters have some bullshit!
To anyone that’s going to the San Fran VF tourney, can I make a request for some swag if it’s available? 
This and pretty much every character has some kind of stupid-powerful-something/defining feature of their game or just being all-around solid.
