Carolina Place Mall has dictated that all tournaments MUST be packed up at 9:45 PM. This is not my rule, nor Gamefrog’s, but straight from mall management themselves. Therefore, to ensure that all tournaments will end before the alotted time, we will begin at EXACTLY 12 NOON. If you do NOT register before 11:45 AM, we can NOT guarantee you a spot in the tournaments you wish to enter.
If any tournaments are NOT concluded by 9:45 PM on Saturday May 5, then they will roll over to Sunday May 6 and resume promptly at 12 NOON. Any tournament participants on that Sunday will be charged the standard Gamefrog rate of $7 per hour per station.
ENTRY FEE: $10
(All entry fees are seperate from the tournament pots and going directly to Gamefrog. With your entry fee, you will recieve a wristband to show proof of your payment. Without your wristband you will NOT be allowed to play)

Standard EVO tourney rules apply with a FEW exceptions
As mentioned before, we MUST stress the need to start the tournaments and matches on time.
If you leave for any extended amount of time, no matter the reason, either tell ME or the delegates who are running the brackets for your game WHERE you are going and for HOW LONG.
For the purposes of a speedy tournament, anyone who has not made themselves present after the first round of their brackets WILL be given a loss and put into losers.
For the first round of the Losers bracket, if you cannot be found within a reasonable amount of time nor have you notified any tournament delegates of your whereabouts then you will be disqualified and given your second loss and be OUT.
NO REFUNDS neither tournament pots nor entry fees WILL BE GIVEN OUT FOR DISQUALIFICATIONS.
GENERAL GAME RULES
–You are responsible for your OWN controller. In the first rounds, if you cannot find a stick/pad within a reasonable amount of time at the end of the round you will be given a loss.
–We will have DC and PS3 convertors for you in MvC2 and T5DR. For time purposes, and for the security of those who donate convertors, the convertors are to remain IN the systems at ALL times.
–If you accidently pause the game or your controller otherwise malfunctions in the first 5 seconds of the game AND your opponent has no significant advantage then you can replay that game. Otherwise, your opponent must consent to let the match continue if you pause in the middle of a match or else you lose that game.
–Macros, turbo buttons, other tool-assists, and wireless controllers are BANNED
(Button placement)
For CvS2, 3rd Strike, Super Turbo, and Vampire Savior you are allowed only the 6 standard: Light, Medium, and Heavy Punch and Kick buttons.
