a couple things, why did u do so much dive kicks and flip kicks against the ken? he seemd to parry a lot of them. also, i saw u whiff a lot of bnb…most of the time the opponent was crouching. use mk tatsu a bit more often, just use bnb if ur 100% sure it will hit, its a bad habit all akuma players have. and i noticed u lost a round after parrying an ex hado and ken going low on u, any time u see an ex hado shoot out and the opponent dashing up, rite after your parries do a tatsu. that always works (in my case at least). or just know that they’re going low.

after parrying the ex hado, i actually missed a random SA1. as for the BnB, i know, but i can’t help it yet. i lack experience with gouki, hence the divekicks on ken.
el_diablo, you did very well IMO against that nooby Chun player, espesially i liked finishing instant air SA! But u haven’t hitconfirmed cr.lk into SA a single time when there were so many possibilities!
Against Mymoza…man, one shouldn’t have jump and AG attack Ken with his Srk so many. U was too predictable - cl.Hp–>lk-flip - it’s all u was doin! Be more unpredictable at GG game with …eh…cl.mp->hp, cr.mk->hadou…anything! Where are ur pokes man? Or u have stick with one HP button, Bnb button and a cr.lk->throw button?

the chun player is hella good, but he has next to no gouki experience, hence the win.
against mymosa, i just fucked up. i have no idea why, but i can’t play decently against him. i have the feeling that he always knows what i want to do, so i play really bad.
good, heh? He hadn’t even canceled cr.mk into SA when there was no need to hit confirm it! Chun lives on that thing! How he can be hella good? He is hella nothing! And by the way…NO POKES! Chun w/o pokes? Ofcourse - she doesn’t need them…she has SA2 that one can’t cancel%)))
Not connecting w/ super doesn’t make someone “hella nothing”, it makes them human. Mymoza effectively stopped quite a few aerials and mindfucked Diablo in the process. I should probably just leave it at that.

actually, you saw his match against me. there’s other matchs from him where you can see that he is really good and knows how to play chun. not knowing how to play against a character can alter the way you play, don’t you think?
Btw, c.mp-hp and d.mk hado are bad options against ken. especially against one who is good at red parrying.

cl.mp > hp is never a good idea. there are tons of safer options that do higher damage. he already said he isn’t that used to akuma so his mixup wasn’t too great, but he doesnt need a bunch of bad suggestions.
i thought it was a pretty good effort, and the match against chun was great. that air sa1 was awesome! did you tiger knee the second qcf? very cool

well, for 1, any of your standard cancelable normals into rh hurricane. does more damage and knocks opponent down. plus it has like half the recovery time. ALSO you could start it off with a low mk so they have to be blocking down. switch it out with a mk tatsu and you have even more damage potential. you could also do a cl.mk to try to go for the sa1 link.
cl.mk into super is a great thing, yes, but what u say about rh-hurricane is a problem of all not enough experienced Goukis. Rh-hurricane IS U R O W N D E A T H against Chun li, Makoto, Oro and all the crouching low opponents! That is what i call T H E B A D suggestion! I’ve seen many of Gouki player doing Rh-Tatsu by force of habit and they didn’t even understand why they lose round after round! Have the same filling?
it’s the same cl mp-hp; but it’s more damaging and has better mixup possibilities before and after. thing is, one of goukis best option safe-wise is the demon flip. recovery is so good, it’s not funny.
P.S: I watched the match again; even I wasn’t aware that the tatsu would be a “crossup”; so missing the SA2 is kinda logical. anyway.
Demon flip has a nasty property of being dashed under
depends on when you dive, and still, you can make it have next to 0 frames recovery. it’s his safest special move(arguably his best actually).
He was saying that you should combo into the RH hurricane. Nothing is U R O W N DEATH when comboed into (unless your using Sean). RK/FK hurricane is also kinda tough to punish.
Guys, combo or not if u do rh tatsu against Chun-Li all she need to do is wait crouched till u touch the ground and push MK button. Half of Gouki is out!
