This isn’t all the Ridge Racer music there is to offer but a good chunk of it. I was able to find a high quality game rip of the music to Rage Racer that has all the music from the game, including the FMV Opening tune and Menu music, which can’t be obtained on the Red Book Audio versions.

So Lunar Harmony of Silver Star came out in Japan last week for PSP, and the soundtrack is up on YouTube. The arrangements all turned out really good, and the instrument synth (particularly the ocarina) is a lot better than the PS1.
There are three tracks new to this version that play during the Four Heroes opening, all by Iwadare:
