Another reason I don’t like the back buttons is that I have big hands and grip space on controllers comes at a premium for me. You start sticking shit back there and my grip space starts getting limited and I fucking hated the PS3 controller because it was too small (and the triggers where ass). I have a Switch controller with those back buttons and I hit them on accident all the time to the point I don’t use that controller anymore. It’s the “crappy controller for guests” controller these days.
Witcher 3 and Warframe implemented the swipe shortcuts so damn well.
Travesty more games don’t use it.

I was playing fc5 the other day and trying to get my controller to work. The shit is busted and for some reason not all the buttons work in that game. Anyhow, I was wishing that the controller had more buttons. Stuff in the game I do I press a single key for that action but on a controller its a combo of buttons and stick movements. I was gonna use some shit like xpadder but there arent enough buttons on the controller to map out all the shit.
Back paddles make me think about the Vita back touch screen. Not feeling it.

Oh fuck dude I totally forgot about the back panel on the Vita. I fucking haaaaaaate those. Only thing about my Vita I hate. Holy shit is that thing so God damn hard to hold when the back panel actually does shit.

I’m 0-2 on cancelling pre-orders. Got the BB noticification that my steelbook GoT arrived today. Gonna sit on it and see if I can sell it. I wanna know the Yakuza:LAD release date, which might come on Xbox’s July 23rd show.
I’ve been waiting for game like this since Tenchu and Way of the Samurai game, but filling out more ‘skill trees’ isn’t my thing right now…
Only to a point, there will be a drop off point where controls will peak for physical complexity.
Speaking of the touchpad, Ghost of Tsushima makes good functionality of it.

NPD June 2019
Switch was top console for June. If we’re being honest here I don’t expect Switch to be knocked off the throne until the holidays with the new consoles. The only 2 chances otherwise will probably be this month with Ghost of Tsushima and Last of Us 2 (might be a bit doubtful here since Last of Us 2 did gang busters…more on that later) and then the hype from Cyberpunk pushing the PS4 over.
So Last of Us II has had the best U.S. launch of the year. It did so well that he made #3 on the chart for YTD and is the 8th best selling game in a rolling 12 month period. It has the highest month dollar sales of any 2020 release to date and is only 2nd in highest launch month dollar sales for Sony with the 1st still being Spider-man.

Naw. It’s been flying off the shelves since February and a restock happened right around beginning of June. So I’m not surprised.
I remember when my store got restocked with about 40 of them we were sold out about 2 hours later. All individual purchases too cause Nintendo had told our stores 1 per customer I guess

Picked up the Steelbook for GoT today. The one time I didn’t inspect it before I left the store.
However, when I did curbside dude right next to me yelled out “DUDE”. He was picking up the standard edition. Gave each other a thumbs up.

Heh, I was complaining about the same thing with my Nioh 2 CE. On the backside it looks like something heavy was sat on it or something, it looks crunched up. I feel your pain brojer.
Don’t hate bruv, I hear it’s a great remake of a PS2 era platformer.
In fact I’d like to pick it up soon, it and SoR4 will probably be the last new releases I snag for the year.
