I’m all for this so long as Twitch does it’s due diligence into the matter first before bringing down the hammer. People who have been issuing out hate and harassment should definitely feel the consequences but I don’t want people taking advantage of this and crying wolf on people just because they don’t like them.

If anything the game has always been underrated and overshadowed by CvS2 or MvC2. I think SF4 was more popular despite being absolute trash and in a similar boat SFV. FOH with that cancer taste

Is an underrated overrated game. 
3S and ST taught me how important fundamentals and match ups were.
CvS2 taught me how to be patient with my buttons
MvC2 taught me meter management and Controlling the momentum.
I still think if it wasn’t for Chun’s SA2 3S would be the perfect SF.

Being around for the release of the Street Fighter 3 series and literally seeing most people bag on it makes me find this position strange as well.

Is very likely more an opinion based on the fgc and the 3s fans, and not about the general concensus.
If i had to say is overrated, i would do the same.
I personally dont find it as good as the fans say it is, and actually dislike a lot of gameplay design choices it has.
Which is why i never dabbed into it beyond casual level to play with friends when they booted it on gatherings.
In terms of presentation, i like the animations, i find the stages a downgrade from sf3 and 2ndI and hate the music.
But that is me, dunno about Pedro.

Fighting games are niche genre and 3S is a niche game within a niche genre, it’s hard for me to see that as overrated.

Cyberpunk gameplay. Most uploads of this have some sort of commentary running over it. This is the only one I could find without any.

I think it will depend on the circles you frequent.
I think being niche isnt mutually exclussive with something being perceived as overrated.
Metal is technically a niche genre, and you still find people saying x or y band is overrated.
I have seen it happen on convos abou bands as known as they can be like Messhugah and BtBaM and lesser known bands like Hakken, lol.
Power Rangers is 10 bills on steam. It might be time to get on that

Outside of SRK, 3S is virtually non existent for me and not everyone likes the game here. With the original FFVII, a game I have a dim view of, I couldn’t escape it if I tried and that was goes back to an era were people were not nearly as interconnected as today. If I stopped coming to SRK. I’d see fuck all about about 3S. The only time I can get consistent games in 3S is if I set them up with people from here.

My favorite underrated games…as usual Soul Sacrifice Delta; tragically bound to the Vita forever, so most people never even heard of it.
Eternal Champions - such a shame when you realize That Company that happens to own the IP.
Kid Chameleon - a Genesis classic that most probably forgot about by now.
and of course Vampyr, though I realize that one is a mixed bag for most people…and anyone looking for more pure 100% action might be a bit turned off by the ton of dialogue. There’s a lot of talking in that game…your potential victims are worth much more experience points the more you know about them.

ah yes of course…Amalur also getting another chance to shine though with the upcoming remaster. …and if it hits the Switch eventually, that will be at least 2 more times I buy it then.
Also—Crawl. Barely anyone heard of it but me though.
…and Unreal Championship 2. It barely sold much, and most people only remember the “regular” Unreal games.
Ultimate M.U.S.C.L.E. on Gamecube. Most probably forgot it exists…but this was way more fun to play than most other regular “pro-wrestling” games.
